What a fantastic hotel! The staff were as friendly and accommodating as you could hope to meet. Our room was really spacious and the decor really modern and fresh. The breakfast was the best we had eaten in a long time with delicious fresh fruit plus lots of other things. We also loved the option of spending time in the lounge area when the kids wanted a change of scene. Thanks Vientos del Sur for a great holiday.

Reception staff were very helpful and had a good command of the English language. I had go catch an 08:15 bus to Santiago and an earlier than usual breakfast was arranged for me by the evening receptionist.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Alfredo from the reception was very kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English. He even helped us with a nice room with a view as we were on our honey moon. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options to choose from. Loved the place!

At times the water was look warm in the shower.

Wow! We opened our curtain to the most amazing view of Volcan Villarrica! Our room was spacious, well appointed, near the laundromat around the corner and right in town. We totally loved this place!

Although our car was safe in their tiny lot, it was quite a trick to fit even a small car in the back yard with a few others. No big deal, however. Only one desk person spoke some English, which was a small challenge, times.

I asked for a view and got an excellent one! Staff friendly and extremely helpful with everything done with a smile. Room tried daily and extremely clean. Easy access to town.

A bit overpriced for out of season stay.

We had a nice room with a view of the volcano. The breakfast was way above average for anything we have had in Chile or Argentina.

The Hotel is Ok.

The problem is that they don't have air condition, as this year Pucon is super hot (32 C), the room is very hot, and as our room is near a chamine where they dry up towels, so the smoke enters the room when you open the room window. So you are dead of hot when you close the window, or you are dead when you open the window because of the smokes of the chamines. I stay there for 2 nights and we can't sleep well, a nightmare.

It's in quite a central location, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and the main street is just around the corner, the rooms are clean

It falls short on a few key areas - never had hot water, only barely lukewarm over 4 days, there's no sound proofing so you hear everything in the corridors, no air con or fan means it can get hot at night, no wifi in room is annoying, breakfast room too small for the number of guests, seem to have an agreement with Politur which means you can't ask staff for independent advice about the best tour companies etc to use

The room was too hot, I had to sleep with the window open in the winter. The water in the bathroom takes too long to heat. They wanted to charge me for a late check out even with the hotel almost empty.

Excelente Location and the staff is very good. The acomodation is clean and comfortable.

I stayed at Vientos del Sur for a night, and the stay therer was awesome. I didn't expect that much. First, the staffs were so helpful. The lady at the counter speaks English, so that made me comfortable at the first since I don't speak English. She let me to do early check in without any charge, I arrived at 11:00am. I think that was special service, and my stay was not in peak season though. Also, I joined trekking excursion from really early in the morning. One another staff gave me morning call and prepared breakfast just for me. He also gave me some fruits and water for trekking. What was so thankful was that after coming back from trekking, they let me take shower even though I've already checked out. That's was awesome. And the view from my room was amazing. There was a beautiful mountain front of it. I wanna come back if I have chance!!

La atención me pareció excelente desde que llegué hasta el momento en que me retire, de hecho lamento no haber extendido mi estadía ya que tenía otros compromisos, pero de todos modos la idea es regresar y disfrutar de todo.

Café da Manhã com bastante variedade, camas confortáveis e quartos bem limpos. Pessoal bem atencioso.

Excelente atendimento, principalmente pelo Sr. Alfredo, que foi muito prestativo e agradável. A recepcionista Danissa também é ótima. O hotel é super bem localizado, perto de tudo, não precisa de transporte para nada.

Todo, el personal agradable, las instalaciones excelentes, buena ubicación, vista al volcán, desyuno completo, conexion a internet constante. En general, excelente.

Há antendentes que querem levar vantagem nos pacotes fechados com agências de turismo. Importante pesquisar preços antes de fechar os passeios.

Estivemos hospedados neste Hotel no final de Abril de 2013. Ficamos hospedados por quatro dias. O Hotel é novo e o melhor de tudo é sua localização. Pudemos entrar no quarto antes do check-in, pois nosso ônibus chegou logo cedinho. Quando solicitamos o café da manhã mais cedo que o horário habitual também fomos atendidos. A Internet funciona bem.

Os quartos são bem pequenos (praticamente uma cama para dormir). O atendimento é razoável, não tivemos nenhum problema específico. O quarto tem uma calefação muito forte. Já havia visto reclamações desse tipo aqui no Booking. Tivemos que ficar com a janela aberta algumas vezes.

Buen desayuno. Comodas camas. Excelente ubicacion. Personal amable.

O Hotel é incrível. Virando à esquina da Avenida O'Higgins, que é a principal da cidade, e a cinco minutos (ou menos) a pé dos terminais rodoviários. O staff é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é bem gostosinho. Quartos com excelente sistema de calefação. Cofre digital nos quartos e secador de cabelos. Além de uma decoração leve e de muito bom gosto!

O chuveiro demora um pouco para esquentar, e, ainda assim, a água não sai tão quentinha. Porém, como o sistema de calefação do quarto é muito bom, não foi um grande problema.

Hotel novo, organizado, linda vista, bom atendimento e ótimo custo benefício.

A Localização,é boa as instalações e a cama muito confortáveis, o hotel e novo, o Visão da janela é fantástica, dando para o Vulcão. Os atendes são muito gentis e prestativos.

De ter que subir com as malas 2 andares de escada, pois não ha ninguém para faze-lo, o banheiro é pouco espaçoso
