Very close to the centre of Puerta Varas. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff all spoke good English. Good breakfast. Great location for the lake and mountains/ volcanos (although low cloud on 3/4 days - in May - meant we didn't see them often)

Lugar maravilhoso. Muito limpo e acolhedor. O dono é uma pessoa fantástica e bastante atencioso. Assim como todos no hotel. A localização é muito boa pois fica bem no centro da cidade - perto de tudo. O café da manhã mesmo sendo bom tem poucas opções para o preço que se paga.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Ele é muito bem decorado, limpo, e o ambiente é muitíssimo aconchegante. A família proprietária do Sr Jorge é muito hospitaleira. Nos auxiliou com dicas e acesso a diversas facilidades. Grande diferencial. O café da manhã poderia conter mais opções e ser mais variado. Esse aspecto torna sensível para quem se hospeda por um número maior de dias.

A equipe do Hotel que é tocado pela família é muito prestativa e receptiva. A localização é muito boa e bem no centro de Puerto Varas, com tudo perto. O lago fica bem próximo, bem como as atrações urbanas. Poder estacionar o carro no centro sem ter que pagar pelas vagas públicas (vagas são cobradas por períodos de 20 min.) é uma vantagem do hotel. Não possuem máquina de cartão de crédito em dólar, logo, sendo turista estrangeiro e para não pagar o IVA de 19% você tem que pagar em dólar (papel) ou em pesos chilenos (papel).

O atendimento prestado pela família do Sr. Jorge, que é o dono do hotel, é perfeito. O ambiente é aconchegante e muito agradável. Recomendo a todos. O café da manhã deveria ter mais opções, mas é bem feito e tudo com produtos de qualidade.
