Wonderful, helpful staff, lovely view from the dining area and terraces, very comfortable rooms, good location--close to various restaurants. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Hosted very well by staff. I appreciated questions that were answered before getting there. The bus information from Santiago to Valp, that Barbara gave me on line was perfect. The view at the back of the property was lovely.

Location and staff are outstanding. The hotel is located on one of the trendiest streets in Val. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Terrific breakfast. Really interesting neighborhood walks. Convenient by Valpo standards. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Our room lacked a view. The vi differences should be clearly disclosed.

Takes a while before the water of the shower is hot. (Not a real complain)

One of the best boutique hotel I had the chance to know, the room had a very overall quality of products and textiles, the view was really perfect and the staff very helpful and willing to help us with everything we wanted. Was really a nice experience. The price is a little high, but the hotel is located in a very good area for tourists and near many nice restaurants.

la habitación bastante común, el desayuno malo, los espacios comunes pobres..en general muy caro para lo poco que te ofrecen. la vista es linda pero honestamente es merito de la naturaleza, no del hotel

Todo bien.... Ideal para conmemorar tiempos románticos y aniversarios matrimoniales en sábanas de 400 hilos y comodidades de lujo. Lo pasamos muy bien. Lejos una buena alternativa para elegir.

Al elegir habitación debiera quedar claro si la seleccionada tiene o no tiene vista al mar. A mi me toco sin vista ya que asumí que todas las habitaciones tenían vista y al no ser clara la información, me quede con la sensación que no todo fue perfecto.

l'accueil est absolument formidable ;on est reçu comme des amis et on ne peut que se sentir tout de suite très à l'aise. L'hôtel est merveilleusement bien placé avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Valparaiso et notre chambre spacieuse avec un bow window avait aussi cette vue superbe et cerise sur le gâteau très au calme car donnant sur le jardin de l'hotel.

Llegamos y no sabíamos que había estacionamiento al frente, el nos estreso un poco.

Excelente hotel, atención cálida de su personal, buenas camas, paz dentro de sus instalaciones, maravillosa vista de la bahía.

Su ubicación dentro de la ciudad, en una zona deprimida, en proceso de recuperación paulatina, que se demorará todavía unos años más en estar totalmente restaurada .

Superbe hôtel. Parfait mélange entre patrimoine et design moderne. Petit déjeuner magnifique et une vue imprenable sur la ville et le port. Je m'y suis senti chez moi tout de suite. Situé au coeur de la ville historique sans pour autaut être bondé de passants. J'y retournerai fidèlement....

Me encanto todo. La casa de 1880 refaccionada siguiendo el estilo original, pero con muebles y banios modernos. La vista incomparable desde mi habitacion (la 7, la recomiendo). La atencion, la cordialidad. Impecable. Lo repetiria.

El Zerohotel es un fantástico hotel boutique en una casa de fines del s xix. Fue reciclado respetando su estilo, agregándole todo el confort actual. La vista es inmejorable. No dejen de pedir la habitación No. 7, tiene una vista espectacular!!

He estado 4 veces en Valpo, éste ha sido el mejor hotel. Buenas instalaciones y personal my cordial.
