The location is good. The rooms size is small and the food and facilities is not worth the amount charged.The receptionist was a cheat because she charged us not based on our advance booking but she used there current rate.

La gentillesse du personnel (mis à part le vieux grincheux qui est à la réception la nuit qui n'était vraiment pas sympa). La bonne situation géographique. Le restaurant. L'état un peu vétuste, et non soignées des chambres : la porte se fermait mal, la chasse d'eau fuillait, le coffre est cassé et ne se ferme pas (chambre 213). le vieux grincheux de la reception (la nuit)

Aunque la relacion calidad/precio comparandolo con otros paises es bajisima, en cambio es buena comparandolo con los hoteles de Duala, que es una ciudad muy cara en alojamiento y comidas. Un hotel de estas condiciones en España costaria menos de la mitad de precio. Buen bufet de desayuno incluido en el precio. La cama, tal y como indican en su publicidad, es comodisima. Buen wifi. El restaurante es agradable pero lo comida no es muy buena. Es preferible tomar algo en el bar.

J'ai passé une semaine à l'hôtel ibis. Impeccable coté accueil, confort, propreté, service, rapport qualité/prix. J'ai moins aimé le restaurant, le buffet "entrées" est pauvre, les plats en sauce peu raffinés.C'est acceptable sans plus. A recommander pour un séjour à Douala.Les taximen en face de l'hotel sont sympathiques, pas besoin de louer une voiture.

Hotel shuttle bus. Staff speak english and most were friendly and professional. My initial room had a strong smell of smoke but the staff first argued with me and told me its not smoke. Then when I insisted they said they were unable to provide another room since the hotel was full. I had to spend the night in that foul smelling room and woke the next morning with a sore throat. I did get another room 24hrs later. So much for the Ibis 15 minutes service guarantee promise.
