Ideally located just over half a mile from the famous 700-year-old Wangfujing Street, Prime Hotel has 5 dining options, an indoor pool and free parking.
Score from 1791 reviews Very good
|Centrally located in Beijing, Hong Wei Yi Jia Beijing Wang Fu Jing is only a 5-minute walk from Wangfujing Subway Station (line 1).||
Modern luxury can be enjoyed at Park Plaza Wangfujing Beijing, within 1.5 miles of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It is only steps from Dengshikou subway station (line 5).
Score from 880 reviews Excellent
Close to metro station Restaurants in the area Easy to find Reasonable sized room Quiet Good shower
No major tourist attractions in the area.
Friendliness of staff. Close approximity to subway.
The room (wall, carpet and washroom) needs a good scrub and clean. A proper wardrobe would be nice. The shower curtain is not long enough. Half of the toilet floor was soaked with water after shower.
The location was great and the cafe was cosy with great and unique decorations.
Nothing negative to comment.
Cafe area Good English speakers Tourist desk Location
Expensive for what is basically a hostel. At check in requested 200 yuan deposit Cash without prior warning, posters around the hotel warning you of rules and regulations - not very welcoming. Dusty room, dirty walls, smelly drains and very noisy in our room 102. Some kind of pipe or pump constantly making a loud noise throughout the night.
Close to subway, therefore close to nearly everything. Very attentive staff
Excellent staff. The girls (and boys) were welcoming every of our requests with a smile, wether it was about something in the room or asking about how to get somewhere. Really the staff makes a great difference here. Good job!
Our first room was in the basement, but, well, we knew that. It was really small, with not much space for luggage if you wanted to walk freely. If you can, ask for a room on the higher floor. The facilities are simple, but enough. Missing spoons for the cups (how are we supposed to stir a coffee or a tea?) Unfortunately no breakfast available. Found a few long black hair here in there (not our).
this is not a three star at all, it goes with low price for a reason: totally a dirty poor place! Don't be fooled by the price shown online!
Could get right fairly close to hotel via the metro from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a great local restaurant right next door with incredible food and cheap prices. There is also a cafe attached on the other side that is well liked in the city.
Nothing overly bad stands out.
wifi disappointing walls could use some paint carpet in the lounge area should be replaced
Bad experienced ever. The manager is so rude. Will definitely be our greatest nightmare ever!!!
Friendly staff and value for money (budget).
The staff were exceptional. Te reception was co stanly manned. The lounge/dining area was cosy and stylish. Perfect place to relax from the cold. Both food and drink were well priced. The rooms were spacious and the bed was the comfiest I have slept in, in China!
Nothing. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit tempremental. Not a bad word to say about 161 at all!
This hotel is surrounded with many restaurants. Perfect location very near to DongXi subway station. Hypermarket just cross the road.
Great position, close to two different metro lines, with many shops and restaurants nearby
Nothing expecially, it could be a little bit more clean. A little bit expensive considering all.
The staff were really helpful as well as room service
Wifi is intermittent
The hotel is located in a hutong, close to the metro station, which was really convenient. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.Wifi was working ok.
The mattress was hard but this is the chinese style so nothing to complain at all.
Closed to subway and central of the city
We are 14 people stay 5 days in here but check-in and check-out for difference date. The staff is so stubborn that to write down which people in which room strictly. However, we can change after they arrival?
The friendly and helpful staff - guiding directions to places Good English speaking staff Good, clean hotel and rooms. Facilities in the room - excellent Distance to public transport i.e. Subway, taxi, bus was conveniently situated for walking distance. Good and very close by Muslim's restaurant
Very poor internet coverage Wifi signal was not strong
- Great location with proximity to food, ATMs and convenient shopping and train station (Dongsi)
- No elevators available (difficult when lugging around >12 kg on your back) - Room was very basic and cramped
The hotel was located in a traditional hutong. It was about 15 walk to Wangfujing walking st, and about 25min walk to Forbidden city. It is close to a subway station. The cafe is nice with cheap beer, great coffee and couches and seats upstairs. Loads of places to eat if you like local food.
no safe for your valuables.
This hotel was close to public transport and had a great feel about it. The common areas were very funky and good for relaxing at the end of busy days. The kids could spread out rather than being stuck in their hotel room. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms clean and warm. There were great eating places close by. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Location near hotel perfect restaurant and local foods
was one month in china, this was the best hotel I stayed in ... strongly recommended
Room not clean. Room heating system didn't work well so think twice before book in this hotel in the winter. Moreover, I've checked out almost 1 month before but they didn't return my credit card deposit yet. I've mailed to the hotel but they are not responding- I don't know why.
