Le choix du buffet pour le petit dejeuner; la facilité pour changer de chambre suite a un mecontentement Nous avions reservé une chambre non fumeur, mais celle proposée l'etait (6627). Etant arrivés tard et etant fatigué nous n'avons rien reclamé...erreur, difficultés a dormir la nuit a cause de l'odeur de cigarettes, et surtout difficultés au réveil car les fenetres etaient mal isolées et la rue s'entendait tres fortement. (Heureusement le lendemain matin on nous a changé de chambre; L'autre point negatif est la langue! L'anglais y est tres mal parlé ... Paradoxal pour un hotel "international"...

Die Fragen und Punktebewertung davor sind irrelevant. Was zählt, steht hier in diesen beiden Feldern. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Hotel beeindruckte mit einer großartigen Eingangshalle - und mit außergewöhnlich verschmutzter Teppich-Auslegewahre in unseren Zimmern. Der Gegensatz zwischen optischem Glanz und tatsächlicher Substanzlosigkeit, lag in vielen Bereichen offen zu Tage. - Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Frühstücksraum war mit dunkelroten Teppichen ausgelegt, das Buffet schien reichhaltig. Alles o.k. - bis eine Frau an unserem Tisch einen Stuhl (mit Mühe) hervorzog und erschrocken unter den Tisch starrte: dort lag unter dem Stuhlbein ein Pelztier (Ratte?) mit aufgerissenem Bauch ... Wir haben den Frühstücksraum fluchtartig verlassen und nie wieder betreten.

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit. Luxe kamers met bubbelbad en sauna en dat voor een lage prijs. Personeel bij de receptie spreekt redelijk Engels. De airco werkte niet goed.

We were taken care of by the manager who did a great job making sure our stay was amazing. The day the manager took a day off our service was atrocious and lazy, probably also because they were worried that nobody else other than the manager spoke a word of English.

I liked the comfort of the room, the massages, the piano in the lobby, the food ... You can stay in the hotel for several days and enjoy very nice holidays there without going outside at all.
