the staff is very very bad

Location

The hotel is very close to two subway stations (two minutes walking). Inside the hotel there is a desk where it is possible to buy/modify airtickets in case of need.

Wi-fi signal is very weak, it is only possible to use internet by cable connection. Breakfast was not included in the offered rate (it was not well specified in the informations of booking) and it was quite expensive.

Staff not friendly

The location is very good and the Halal arabic restaurant is near to you and easy to get taxi , some shopping mall is near too. Very good hotel for family.

Even you put on the do not disturb sign. They'll nock the door.

When check in the staff rude Unhelpful and slowness and talking on the phon for long periods without apology or you estimate passengers are tired of Hard travel ,, The booking for two weeks and in this duration twice locked rooms they say no room you have checkout Without confirmed ,, Securities and booking think that they want to disturb the Traveler

heavy and depressing rooms decor, including the smell, most of the staff don't speak english, sweeming pool Ok, but the changing room, showers, fitness and other facilities very poor and very far form 5-star level, sauna not free of charge with irritating staff.

I stayed for 2 days in a ex suite with my wife the room was a very high standard of cleanliness and all the usual ammeneties you'd expect of a 4star establishement the breakfast was a good standard but felt with the buffet the food could have been randomly changed more often to keep it looking a little more fresher to the eye but above all else the staff took time out to always make you feel welcome bless

The room was very clean and well appointed and the facilities adequate

The room has no chairs in the lobby where one can wait and all the time I had to stand outside when a seat in the lobby as is the case in most hotels would have sufficed the channesl in the hotel tv are mainly chinese which does not augur well for an international traveller

It was very comfortable and at the end of the day it felt good to be back at the hotel. It's also very central with the shopping mall, shops, boutiques, restaurants, takeaways very close by. The surroundings do give you a picture of a busy China day.

Manager he do not know how to manage only, I travelled almost 30 country including us and uk I stay almost leading 5 star hotels but I had very bad experience in asia international hotel in guangzhou , staf is ok Sooooo called as manager I never seen till now

Good location near to good arabic restaurants.

3Rmb to make a phone call cost 0.6 in room. Bathroom was dirty disgusting and old air con permanently set to freezing

Room service Location

They authorized my credit card before i arrived for one night, and then when i showed up they authorized again the credit card for amount more than my stay including the previous authorization. I stay for 5 nights but they authorized the credit card for 7 nights.

Internet was so poor, Except the location nothing is special about this hotel!!!

The hotel located in great location close to every thing, nice, clean, reasonable for the money.

The breakfast was not the best and not many verities to choose from. But the resturent was great as it located on level 45 with great view around.

Said five stars but like four star hotel. That is not so good.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good.

It could do with some maintenance. Also Swimming pool was very run down. Plenty of staff but not very friendly. Checkout took 20 minutes which is not acceptable.
