The room was comfort Besides the staffs do not speak any English, they were very rude, When I got there they did not want to give me the room because they said that the price booked was wrong so I ended up paying 200 rbm more than I was suppose to. Bad location, Awful experience.

Badkamer was nieuw, ruim en schoon. De kamer had geen raam en was letterlijk very warm, zoals de naam van het hotel luidt.

The bed was comfortable enough and the hotel was quiet at night. I booked through bookings.com and was surprised when the hotel changed the room rates upon check-in. I had to call someone from booking.com customer service who was excellent in assisting me to negotiate the rates. The staff were very rude and unhelpful! They don't speak English. Some housekeeping people were boisterous in the hallway. I didn't need an alarm in the morning. The location is in the middle of empty buildings in the suburbs of Suzhou. It is roughly 20 minutes away from the West Lake. At night, the area is dead and deserted. Getting a taxi or food at night is difficult. It was not convenient at all. It was difficult to locate.
