Spending 2 nights in a capsule was a tremendous experience. The rooms are well equipped and clean, and basically you have everything you need.

Some other guests were up late talking loudly disturbing me at night, so I could not go to sleep right away.

Terrible. We had a very bad stay. We booked for 2 nights but "escaped" the second night. The manager of the hotel was utterly disinterested in us, their Guests. We arrived at 11 am, reception was closed. After waiting some time, I started looking around the building, where I eventually found the manager/receptionist on the top floor drinking tea with his friends. After checking in, and entered the room we discovered a bunch of wet, disgusting looking toilet paper in the shower. Reception was closed again and I had to go fetch the manager again from the top floor. He cleaned it up and left. Then we couldn't find the remote for the heater. Again I had to run up to the top floor to fetch the manager. He grabbed a remote from the other room to give to us and left. Then we noticed the toilet was not flushing. We were too tired to go find the manager again (the only staff member around), and managed to half-fix it ourselves. What a nice start of the holiday! When we came home at night, and wanted to make tea I went out to ask for cups. Then the staff member followed us and then mentioned that the toilet wasn't working in our room. We said yes, we know, we fixed it. But then he started wiggling uncomfortably saying it was leaking to the floor below or smth and we had to move rooms. My partner was already in bed, and the room they wanted to move us to was smaller and less luxurious. I was really, really fed up with these guys by then. They did not care about us at all and now at 11pm we had to change rooms because of a problem they didn't care fixing before. We argued with the utterly disinterested manager and in the end negotiated we could check out the next day and he wouldn't charge us for this night. But boy, was our mood ruined. THEN in the new room, we lifted the sheets and there were black hairs in the bed! And the towel in the room was crumpled up; somebody had obviously been staying there.

The location is good and it is convenient to the places of interest. The staff is so nice and helpful. He gives me a lot travelling advice so I took the best advange of my time in Qingdao. All the places the staff recommended is intersting and I had a lot fun there. This is a very good holiday there.

Staff very helpful. Helped to book a one day tour. The Boss is a very helpful gentleman who helped to map out a walking route for several attractions.

I liked the location of Aigo Culture Inn. Across the street are convenience stores and restaurants. There are many restaurants in the area, always something new to choose! We felt like we were staying in a very vibrant part of the city.

We stayed at the Aigo Culture Inn for three nights and housekeeping never visited. The garbage in the room was never emptied and our towels weren't replaced. The shower wasn't properly graded and left standing water. Also, the toilet made a horrible screeching sound after every flush.

Nice communal area. Clean capsule and bedding.

Very dirty unisex showers and toilets. I stayed for two nights and they hadn't been cleaned the whole time I was there. I don't think that I could have stayed another night because of the stink.

The free use of a washingmachine

First it took more than one hour to find my booking. I had a conformation at my phone but they didnt accept that one. Than when they finaly found it they asked me to pay 100 yuan extra registration fee on top of what i had to pay accordin to what I refused. They give me a normal capsule, but I payed for a deluxe one. After the second night they asked me to leave to hotel from 9 till 12 although i was very sick at that moment. So i packed my bags and went to another hotel.
