The Staff are great and the suites wonderful. The breakfast also is really good.

Location close to subway on the most important lines. Spacious apartment living. Don't miss Annies across the street. Very good italian restaurant!

Breakfast could have been better but was ok. Not worth 80 rbn though.

So spacious...upgraded to 2 bedroom when my requested room was unavailable...2 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area, nicely appointed kitchen and laundry area... Excellent location. Perfectly equipped. Very nice pool and hot tub which were great to wind down in after a hectic day in Beijing. Breakfast was quite good with a great view....wish more were included. Subway is extremely convenient. Staff very helpful. A lot of bang for your buck as far as I was concerned. I will search out Ascott properties in the future with travel abroad. I am surprised it could get less than excellent reviews! Great for family.

Kind of strange that only one breakfast for one person was included for the entire stay...

Good location, pool and recreational facilities were good.

The furniture in the rooms need refurbishment or replacement and the apartment needs painting, recarpeting. The taxis did not know how to get there so better instructions or better map.

Big three bedroom apartment. Comfortable and clean. Good in room facilities including full kitchen and laundry, large lounge and dining areas.

Expensive. Breakfast only supplied for three persons eventhough we booked a six person apartment. Wifi didn't work. Final bill was higher than booking.com quotation which took 15 minutes to have corrected. Room provisions (tea, coffee, toilet paper) were inadequate.

everything about the service apartment was excellent, five star quality. we were very happy to stay there. we did not face any problem of any sort.

The decor, size, amenities, and location.

The staff were a bit disorganised. Despite having made a request at booking for a baby for and apartments next door to each other, neither request was accommodated. They were able to move us to the same floor and by the second day we received a cot.

The kid's room, cinema for kids on friday night, pool area although we did not make use of it . Very helpful staff at reception.

The room was superficially clean when we arrived. There was leftover crisps on the carpet. The maid's bsthroom was blocked so it overflew. Not very generous with toiletries. Windows were filthy. How much is due to pollution or lack of general cleaning? Taxis did not know the hotel. The carpets and furniture would benefit from makeover

Spacious apartment, clean, modern bathrooms, occitane (nice detail), beds are comfortable, close to subway, well equipped kitchen, nice pool, nice (but small) kids play area, fitness area was okay, costa coffee around the corner.

Breakfast did not have a lot of Western options, breakfast area very small, no restaurant, location, poor WIFI connection, no taxi's available at the hotel,

The booking voucher was very deceiving as it mentioned one breakfast includes. Which actually which actually means one person per day. But when I asked at the reception they said one day breakfast, which means all checked in people will be eligible for breakfast. But when we did they charged us for 3 breakfast minus one.

The location is convenient. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The check in was smooth and fast, call the hotel general line, the lady was really helpful. Definitely a good hotel to choose for group travelers, family and as well as the business travelers.

It is really hard to get a taxi from the hotel, there are a few queuing outside but seems only interested in airport trips. Room/Hallway has woody smell.

Friendly & helpful front desk staffs better than alot of bad attitude 5 stars hoteliers in China. Super value and space for money with good location in BJ. Complete utensils, L'Occitane shampoo & lotion. No forced heat system (which you may not turn off).

Bed mattress is too stiff (compared with Simmons), No spare toilet paper rolls provided, Hygiene of towels/ toilets just acceptable, Furniture is bought with cheap price band.

Spacious room size (we booked two bedroom apartment) clean, comfortable atmosphere. Everything is equiped and transportation is not that far. Shopping center right out side (5min walk)

Hard to get taxi and taxi driver don't know here by name( have to argue sometimes)

Non responsiveness of staff. On one occasion asked 5 times over 3 hours with even a visit to reception- all I got the following day after I complained was a sorry and some fruit. Second time I had stayed there and service has gone backwards

close to tube station, good facilities, friendly staff and comfortable place to stay.

Air conditioning not working. Rooms so hot we could not sleep and in fact became unwell due to the stifling conditions.

Beds were like sleeping on concrete.

Property is located well in Beijing and distances to major transport are within walking distance (for those who don't know, avoid driving in Beijing)..

Property does not have free WiFi which is pretty much standard in properties and hotels of this rating today.

Huge rooms. good location. Very helpful staff

Near the metro station. Very comfortable, excellent breakfast and facilities, including swimming pool. Rooms are clear. Staff is very polite.

No wi-fi in rooms. Difficult to catch a taxi in area.

I thought the Ascott was property in Beijing was much better maintained than other hotels I have stayed at in Beijing. Over all a great place to stay and the price was within reason.

The hotels massage parlor was never open durring my visit. That would have been a nice perk after a long days work.
