Room is very clean and comfortable enough. Price is also good as well. I want to enjoy the breakfast from more variety of dishes. |

Staff are very good and willing to help in anyway they could, rooms were spotless, internet worked perfectly which was a prerequisite as we there on business.Breakfast was excellent |

excellent staff , very friendy & helpful Very strange system, exceptional worldwide. I booked double room for two persons (with breakfast included), but they gave coupon just for ONE persons, second one had to pay for breakfast! When I complain this at reception as mistake, I've been told , that this is company policy.(???) |

the amenitis were really nice, this place is more like an apartment of separate suites, rather than a hotel. It is hard to find the place although it is in the heart of the city since, there are two ascott residances in guangzhou so dont get mixed up |

Room/Interior/Aminities 1) Small road to hotel is too dark and feel not so safe to walk. FYI, there's a large construction site (size equal to a large shopping complex) and their workers around that area. But it's better, if taking a taxi back to hotel. 2) The mattress at hotel is too hard. They should provide mattress topper like duck down/feather to make it more comfortable like the other 4-5 stars hotels. |

Instalaciones inmejorables, es un lujoso apartamente, perfectamente equipado y cuidada decoracion, uno se siente casi mejor que en casa. Great overal, full equpied and lux decoration. It's all great, es todo fantastico |
