Brand name is reliable.

It is very close to the ferry terminal to Hong Kong

The problem was that I had higher expectations. My husband and I travel a lot and stay at different hotels all the time. At the range of price that the Ascott is charging, I would expect them to go above and beyond, like other hotels at the same price range. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Good location and nice room

The breakfast choice is very limited and there was no room service

Beautiful hotel if you like design, excellent service and nice rooms. Only thing to make a remark is the breakfast is not so extensive as you would expect and the location is far from shopping center but if you take a taxi, it costs you 12 yuan to get to the shopping center, there is a supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Swimming pool is great as well. A hotel i will return to.

The room layout. Kitchen is well equipped. Very helpful staff. High class Spa and fitness center. Not far from the underground metro station and window of the world. Sea world, 7-eleven and restaurants are not far (500 meter distance). 10 minutes drive to Wall Mart, Garden City Mall and Skekou ferry port to Hong Kong and Macau.

Location is away from the business center and Luohu rail station, about 45 minutes drive cost about 15 USD but the underground is not far and cost around a dollar. Only few of the staff speaks English.

location, a bit difficult. It's right in the city center, but hiding in hills. Not all cab drivers familiar with it.

Staff are trying their best to be helpful. Respond is good to inquiry calls.

Rated as 5 star, I was expecting at least room service to be available in case of any needs for foods to be served in the room. International language communication is still poor and requires lots of efforts both from the guest and the host.

Small hotel = more personal service.

No bar in the evening. Restaurant closes at 23:00

Friendly staff, very nice big rooms with balcony. Stylish modern design. Great quiet location just steps from sea world square. Ok restaurant (no room service), decent gym and pool facilities. Free plug-in Internet. When I asked to use wireless for iPad they let me borrow a router.

очень современный и комфортный отель по цене в два раза ниже чем в гонконге.

на гугле и букинге не правильно указана точка на карте. долго искали. местные по-английски не разговаривают. объянить как пройти не могли даже милиция.

我入住了兩次,每次都總是不太順利.第一次入住是您們Grand Opening Promotion時, check-in時到房間門口,但將咭開唔到門.....企了10分鐘才入房,最後因為雪櫃壞了轉了另一間房間 今次入住又是房門開不到!又在門前企了10分鐘......如下次再入住希望不會再發生

Very nice apartments, clean, with everything you would possibly need.

Express laundry was delivered too late, but turned out to be free of charge at the end, since the stuff admitted that it was their fault. Breakfast was not as good...

очень приятный персонал с хорошим английским, отличный завтрак, номера класса люкс.

ужин дорого и не понравилось, нет румсервиса, медленный интернет, расположен далеко от центра, это не удобно если много встреч по работе.

Em relacao ao cafe da manha eles nao deixam levar para o quarto,e a distancia dos quartos para a recepcao e grande.nao ha nada para as criancas aqui,piscina gelada.

Excelente, hotel de lujo,yo tome el departamento supercomodo,con lavadora ,cocina,microondas,etc. Los interiores preciosos,digno de un hotel de 5 estrellas,ademas el servicio y la atencion del personal es muy, buena, todos son atentos y amables a pesar de la limitacion que tienen en el lenguaje.

Lo unico que no me gusto es que carencen de servicios basicos como cambio de dolares,transporte al aeropuerto e informacion turistica.
