The hotel is sittuated in a courtyard wich makes it very quiet. We were promissed a pick up service from the airport, but no one showed up and we had to take an expensive taxi. After a lot of discussion the hotel payed for the taxi. Also the hotel staff speaks little english. |

Posizione abbastanza centrale, prezzo, alcuni membri dello staff Colazione terribile in una stanzetta adiacente bagno, un membro dello staff che si è rifiutato di prenotarmi un taxi per forzarmi ad utilizzare un loro mezzo al costo triplo, mini-bar tenuto in camera volutamente vuoto e spento, senza nessuna spiegazione logica ( anche se è inserito nelle facilities della suite ) |

酒店員工對我入住前提出的問題和要求，迅速回應，解答詳盡，認真看待。我辦理入住登記的時候，當值的員工還主動關心我先前提出的一些問題。可見他們辦事的認真和細緻。日後我到上海，這問賓館還是我的首選。 |

Un personnel parfait à la réception et en service chambre,hôtel propre,confortable,agréable. Peut au premier regard paraître loin de tout mais à quelques minutes de marche vous pouvez trouver des quartiers très vivants, branchés et commerçants. Ne pas hésiter le rapport qualité prix est excellent. |

Het personeel aan het onthaal was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden tevens communiceren in het Engels, hoewel hun kennis eerder beperkt was, was deze toch beter dan in andere plaatsen. Het is een niet zo groot hotel gelegen in een binnenblok, ik was meer dan tevreden. Internetaansluiting: snel en aansluitingskabel aanwezig. Het ontbijt is eerder beperkt, maar dit zou mij niet tegenhouden van hier opnieuw te logeren. |
