Convenient, its right in front of the airport.

I have always stayed in Pullman in most of my business travels to Guanzhou. Unfortunately, this time around, did not credit my stay on my Accor rewards . Their reason ( according to David the front desk staff ) because I booked through booking.com.

Some staff members were professional though some were selective maybe due to color of skin.

The booking was not clear and we paid more and did not get breakfast?

Restaurants close too early in the evening for business travellers who get back late from work

The bellmen were tremendously helpful. We had so many luggages but they were tirelessly eager to help out regardless of a poor design of this hotel to families travelling with many luggages.

Poor customer service at the check in counter. All I wanted was to get some change out of 100¥ to get on the train to guangzhou city ..... Oh my I was embarrased by their attitude to the bellman who referred me going to the counter..... Many of the staff need to be educated on mannerism and professionalism.

Well located at the airport. Good reception desk. English was adequate. Rooms were spotless very willing to help throughout hotel, if anything slightly overserviced but that is the way in China. great business activity area for meeting and looking after contacts.

very convenient to Guangzhou airport – the short walk from terminal felt good after a long flight – staff checked me in quickly, laundry service returned in expected timeframe – breakfast was well prepared and suited for many cultural tastes and religious requirements

The executive floor concept is good it's relaxed and a great place to catch up with Colleagues after a hectic day of meetings or travel.

The food offered during happy hour is much worst than it used to be the variety is poor and quality/flavour lacks...after a week or two in China some more european food like savory pastries etc would keep western business customers coming back. My bathroom had rust around the bath that had been siliconed over poorly, I had over 5 mosquitos in my room(1643 i think) that must have been entering through the aircon vents as they stopped as soon as i turned it on and there were no other openings

Just at Guanzhou terminal. Excellent 5 stars hotel with Chinese touch (require a deposit for using facilities)

No wifi in the rooms, cables only.

Very close to the airport, very convenient. It is probably the best hotel I have stated in, the facilities are second to none, and my room was bigger than my flat in London! Cannot recommend enough if you have an overnight stay before flying on to either UK or Australia.

They refused to use my loyalty card. Their excuse was - booked via third part (this website). That is crazy!!!! I will complain!

Only a few minutes walk from the Airport. Perfect for our overnight stay on transit.

The burger I ordered to get some western style food, was not good.

We booked for two adults and a child 12 and when we arrived they wanted to give us a room with one bed. Happened on two occasions. Took a whileto sort out which we weren't happy about given our jet-lagged state. Other than this everything excellent.

Excellent location, close to the Bayun airport terminal, which makes it an ideal place to stay during a stopover between flights. Rooms are nicely equipped and offer good facilities. Quiet place, no noise from air traffic.
