Perfect location, exactly at the airport, I asked for a wireless router, which was supplied immediately. Heavy cigarettes smell in a non-smoking room. The foot massage in the SPA was overprices and mediocre. |

Very clean , quick check in and check out , photo of thr room like the truth , brakfast is very good , bed is great 1-It is close to the airport , but no one could speack english to tell u how to rich it, if there are signs , i just saw 1 after i phoned the hotel and they told me how i should go , then i asked some people tp help to go to the place the hotel told me :) u see??? 2- I think the shower water fllow shoul be stronger( but overall the shower is good ) |

Very convenient location 20 meters from the airport. Very quite and comfortable rooms. Good choice of room-service menu, important for airport hotels. Parking free. Very expensive internet rate. Over 10 euro for one day. In China all hotels offer this service free of charge! |

The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on a half day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid came in and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we were at lunch. The breakfast is also very good and varied. Some cleanliness issues -- like stains in the hall carpet - that weren't consistent with a 5 star hotel. |

Albergo eccezionale all'interno del'aeoroporto internazionale di Guangzhou (Canton). Tutto il personale parla inglese, il che è straordinario per la Cina.. Sarebbe utile qualche segnalazione o un desk agli arrivi internazionali. |

Het hotel is uitstekend voor wie laat aankomt in Guangzhou of vroeg moet vertrekken.Ligt recht tegenover de terminal. Serviceis prime. Personeel hiel met drbgen koffers en we werden met een electrisch wagentje totaan de terminal geeracht.Hebben niet in het restaurant ontbeten of gedineerd, dus hierover geen oordeel kunnen volgen. Volgende keer als we vroeg van Guangzhou vertrekken kiezen we weer voor dit hotel. Toegang tot de terminal via de 3e verdieping. Moet dan echter niog een trapje af om op hetzelfde niveau als de terminal te komen, met zware koffeers een probleem. Echter het personeel schoot direkt te hulp en sjouwde de zware koffers de trap af. |

Effektiv check-in. Rent værelse. Rigtigt god buffet-restaurant, hvor vi både spiste aftens- og morgenmad. God og smilende service fra personalet, der talte godt engelsk. Vores air-con virkede ikke optimalt, og personalet kom omgående. Vi fik tilbudt nyt værelse, men valgte en mobil air-con i stedet, der fungerede optimalt. Havde en shuttleservice til og fra lufthavnen, selvom man sagtens kan gå de 50m. En dejlig, stor pool. Spa-afdelingen og gym så rigtigt godt ud, men det nåede vi desværre ikke:) |
