A great location right next to the airport. Very convenient

The staff are not great - very slow and not particularly helpful

I arrived Guangzhou airport after 12midnight, Pullman hotel which is located within the airport is my natural choice. Metro station within the airport also enabled me to travel around the city in my short stay there.

The location at the airport was great. Also liked the fact that the Guangzhou Metro (subway system) ties right into airport and hotel. Very fast and convenient. Everything else about the hotel was horrible.

It was very difficult to get any rest at this hotel. The room was comfortable, but the walls and sound insulation are horrible. The outside noise from planes and traffic is really bad, but was to be expected since the hotel is located at the airport. But, the inside noise from the hallways and other rooms was horrible. I was shocked that a hotel of this caliber would have walls that are paper thin. Everything can be heard all night long from TV's down the hall, other room conversations, and people walking up and down the hallways. The convenience of airport location was not worth the loss of rest. Next time I will stay off property and get up a little earlier. I have spent the night in hotels all over China for well over 1500 nights, and this has to be one of the worst experiences of all of them.

Love it....spent a very short but restful night at the Pullman Airport Hotel in Guangzhou China between legs of my flight to Sydney from Shanghai, and amongst the room amenities they provide you with a yoga mat and pamphlet of basic exercises to help air travelers. That and the fact that this very clean lovely hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the main terminal make it a sure winner! I was afraid it would be loud from flights, but I noticed the rain more than any take-off or landing noise. Would stay again.

Checkout at 6 am was SLOOOOW....they needed to have way more staff. They forgot to put toilet paper in the bathroom but when I called brought it up right away.

I was upgraded to suite with a living room. I would like to thank this kind gesture to Pullman hotel. The hotel is approximately 3 minutes walk to departure hall, its proximity to the airport makes it convenience for a stay stay or late departure or arrival. There was no plane noise at all throughout the night as Baiyun airport can be relatively quiet with few flight at night.

My bath tub was not clean well as I can see the remaining water still left un drain from the previous occupants.

Us foreigners from America look for one Main thing in a Chinese Hotel... the comfort of the Bed. Where as at your hotel, your beds (mattresses) were extremely comfortable, some of the best I've had in China. The service staff awaiting me and family (4 kids)at the airport when we arrived was convenient and first class... all the English Speakers were first class. Our dining experience in the Chinese restaurant has quality food and fast service. The the price is quite reasonable for the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

The location was perfect for difficult connecting flights.

The pool needs to be heated in winter. A minited choice of family friendly budget meals could be a good marketing strategy.

Perfect for short stay between flight. Excellent furnished rooms, English speaking staff. Three mins walking from airport

There is no wifi Internet in the room

The staff were very friendly and cooperative. I had my room upgraded which is always a good policy when rooms are going free. Ideal location for the airport.

I stayed at pullman Guangzhou for 2night jsut for quick stop to get my connecting flight next morning to Kuokyo. It was more than I expected. Even though the hotel was walking distance but hotel lady was warmly welcomming me at the gate with the card which has my name on and it was easy to notice. I see that hotel staff are well trained. Whatever I ask them,they are willing to answer and very efficent. I had absolutely wonderful stay for 2nights, I have no complain about my room and especially I love the amenity which was my favorite loger & gallet! I never foget your smile, Simon ! Thanks !
