Anne Young couple nantes, France August 25, 2011	I did like the low price and the location in a lively street. I did not like the service and the staff. The 2 receptionnists were not friendly and not helpful. I did book for a Suite for a couple via Booking.com. First, they gave us a room with twin beds. Then, we asked for the suite, the did refuse and gave us a standard double room, telling there was a mistake on Booking.com. Moreover, the bathroom+toilets were dirty and the inner wall between the room and the bathroom+toilets is transparent. Did you find this review helpful?	4.2
