Well located but services don't corresponds to a 4 star hotel. Not recomended. This hotel is wrongly rated, it should be classified as 2 stars maximum. There is not closet in the room, just a wooden hanger. There is not space to place a chair to seat in front of small desk, room is quite small.

Location close to the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park and the shopping street Wang Fu Jing - all within walking distance Poor or no service at Hotel, very poor cleaniness, flooding in bathroom, entrance from a back street (dirty and smelly)which make it hard to find for taxi'S. Remove 2 stars and you get a more realistic picture of the hotel. Will not stay there again

The location was good with lots of small restaurants on the street. The Alley Cafe up towards the Forbidden City had nice coffee and all day breakfast. Also convenient to use the Bus. The room had a view of the top of the Forbidden City and was just 5 mins walk away.

This was a great hotel, great location, great value, super clean. They do offer American breakfast (about 28.00 yen). Rooms are really comfortable. We had a problem with our Ac, called front desk and and not even between the next five minutes some one was in our room fixing the problem. There's and ATM machine by the reception, free wi-fi at the lobby... This propperty is well located if you want to do city sightseen, it's just withing walking distance to Jingshan park, forbiten city and tian'anmen square Communication at the hotel was a little bid tough, their English is very poor...and I am talking about front desk... I mean...we always sored it out at the end.

Close to the Forbidden City and the park behind it. People at the counter are despicable, their english is approximate ("deposit" means deposit + room fee; not knowing that, we had a bit of a trouble understand why there was a y2000 "deposit" and they got very angry for no reason); the cleaning ladies are super nice and friendly though, they are the ones who helped us setting up the internet connexion. No wifi, and super slow internet. Only one cable. Did not work on my Macbook for some reason. Hotel gets really noisy in the morning despite the fact that there weren't that many people. We could hear everything that was happening in the corridor and sometimes through other rooms' doors. Not much to do in the neighborhood. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Forbidden City, but since they don't allow entrances through the North Gate anymore, was not that convenient after all. Also, one only get the View over the park from the terrace, only open for breakfast (!), which breakfast is overpriced and not good.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, as it is right beside Jingshan, and walkable to nearby attractions like Wangfujing and Forbidden City. It is also within the small alleys (hutongs) of central Beijing, making the surroundings a very enjoyable sight. While facilities of the room are well-provided, cleanliness was an issue as my room had remaining items from the previous occupant (like used towels and toothbrushes). Housekeeping was probably slack.

Good price but that is all. One young lady on the reception was very nice, helpful and kind. Near Forbidden city. Most of the receptionists do not speak english. It is maximum 2 stars hotel, definitly not 4. It is located in very dirty and smelly area.

Very good location. Staff friendly and helpfull. Booked double bed room was not available at time of arrival. After insisting we got an upgrade. Everynight we got strange phone calls where anonymous people ask for massage. During our visit about 120 children from russia (age 12-16) occupied most of the rooms. So threrefore it was very very noisy until midnight every day.

The room was okay, that's about it. I only requested them to clean my room 3 times out of 10 days, they never vacuumed once and didn't change the bed sheets on 1 out of 3 times. Came there with them telling me I booked 2 rooms, sold me fake cigarettes.

The location was great, very close to Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square and also main shopping street. Staff was always helpful and there was always at least one staff who spoke good English. Good deal for the price and location. Cleanliness is alright but could be better however as this is quite a budget hotel for Beijing standards it was perfectly fine.

I like King Parkview because the room rate per night is cheap. The hotel is also accessible to fruit stands, flea markets and the Forbidden City. The concierge do not speak fluent English. It's very difficult to communicate. I hope the hotel will have at least one staff in the counter who can speak fluent English so that the guests will not have a difficult time explaining what they want to say. Also the food during breakfast is not very appealing. The hotel should improve their menu for breakfast. One thing more, the hotel should have a business card that will feature the complete address of the hotel including a complete map with the streets clearly indicated. we had a hard time getting a taxi back to the hotel because the taxi drivers cannot locate the hotel using the business card given by the hotel concierge.
