taxi station outside. Taxis are relatively inexpensive means of travel in Beijing.
Wi-fi either not available or erratic.
Mattress is too hard Carpet of the room is stained Receptionist is not welcoming Great variety of food at breakfast buffet but taste is bad and does not look clean Location is not convenient
cleaning comfort and very easy to find the taxi.24 hour front desk for help you
Beds were a little bit too hard, in my personal opinion...but still better than too soft Breakfast was great
No hotel Bar, and therefore no cocktails in hotel itself :(
Every aspects are satisfied. Breakfast is good.
No place to swim and do exercise
The staff were very helpful and friendly-we were able to check in earlier than expected and were granted late check out. The room was spacious, clean and had no hint of smoke smell (which can be a real pain in China), and the hotel was 5-10mins from the Zhichunlu subway station and Walmart.
Only a few small things that were a letdown because this is supposed to be an 'international standard', five star hotel. The bed was hard (Chinese style) and the pillows/doona were flat instead of fluffy. Rooms weren't very soundproof-i.e. we could hear the people next door snoring, amongst other things. Cleaning staff forgot to give us new bottles of water one day, and only gave us one bath towel the next. Only Chinese tea was provided, and the only cup of coffee we could find was almost 100 yuan ($15ish). The lobby stunk of smoke. And generally didn't feel five star as we've stayed at three or four star hotels that were nicer.
information given by the concierge is wrong. and 9 out of 10 questions the staff woukd reply, "i don't know"
The rooms were comfortable and the furnishings plush.
You have to pay a lot to use the pool - 88 yuan - 15 AUS dollars each!, you also pay a lot for any printing from the business centre - $1 AUS per page... it also wasn't really near anything.
Excellent communication, food, clean, accommodating staff, waiters, front desk, great room & amenities. Felt safe & well taken care of!!
My second time at Jingyi Hotel, I find it the best option to reach Qinghua and Pekin University on a daily basis. I opted for the quiet room, and you can trust the room is so quiet you will forget you're in busy Chinese capital. No traffic noise, no building sites, no pianists or loud voices from neighboring rooms. Just silence.
The hotel is perfect, to find the place with some taxi drivers can be challenging. A practical advice is to get there from the 4th Ring and to mention the nearest subway station (Zhichunlu), which is right at the corner of the street where the hotel is located, approximately 300 m southward.
Staff were responsive to personal requests for iron/board and questions about other services. Convenient to subway, Wal-Mart, restaurants, 3rd Ring Rd, Mall.
Not their fault, but there was not a great deal of English among the all-Chinese staff. Internet was woefully slow, and there is wifi in only a few of the rooms.
It is a very convenient location, not too far from the main subway lines in West Beijing, near the major campuses and the High tech district. The place is incredibly quiet, rooms are spacious, and you will hardly find a more generous bathroom design in such kind of hotels.
Taxi drivers are puzzled by directions provided on Booking website...
Price is good
Nice luxury room with big bathtub an a open bathroom (giant window - closable)
