Staffs are helpful
There was only one pillow for each of us. Older people need two at least.
Services of tour guides this hotel cooperates are not worth the money I spent. Plus they asked for a "mandatory tip" that was not mentioned by the hotel. Plus they added "complimentary" foot massage to the tour where so called "Tibetan doctors" sold me and other tourists "Tibetan medicine" at a very high price (around $600) and needless to say massage itself was worth nothing and lasted just 3 minutes. When I was back to home I searched and found that the medicine they sold was not Tibetan medicine at all.
staff are very friendly.
Not enough hot water for showers. Cleaner not hoover/mop the floor. Breakfast has very limited choices.
Nice staff, lots of space, location
I could here everything from the upstairs rooms, and I mean everything. Even the cigarette smoke came in. So hope for silent neighbours...
The position is great, it's near almost the most popular zone in Beijing (sanlitun and The workers' stadium), and the price was not that high
There's no mini bar in the room and the toilet was like hell! We group of three friends had spent three days in the hotel. When I check in I was asked to pay the bail!!! I had never done this in any hotel! And the last I was told from 2am to 5am will be a short break of the electricity for tenique problems. But our flight was at 6am, and the front desk told me that it will be just one or two minutes. BUT when I prepared to leave I found that there was no water in the toilet and we couldn't wash our face and brush our teeth AND THEY DIDN'T TOLD US THE WATER WAS GONNA STOP!!!! Holy xxxx! Now I can say that my life is full because I have experienced the worst hotel in the world!!! It's a four stars hotel!!! For me it's just two.
I like the location and the hotel is very nice
I didn't like the fact that this hotel don't have a gym but very nice hotel for long stay.
Spacious with good heating, a cosy haven during winter months.
Room could do with better lighting at the dressing area.
Staff Attitude Condition of Rooms Infrastructure
The hotel rooms and the lobby were very nice. Our room had double bed and it was huge.
The hallways look as if you were in a cheap hostel. I even heard a dog barking in one of the rooms but they dont even say the accept animals.
No airport pickup and drop off service, which is very unusual. Internet is very slow and not good connection.
I like the room size, the staffs are friendly and really helpful, location is nice and easy to find. Highly recomended.
the staff was very friendly and helpful terrific location room was pretty immaculate (actually looked like the pictures) the restaurants downstairs were cool hangouts with good food and reasonably priced (I never eat at hotel restaurants)
the wifi is very inconsistent and requires that you re-login each time you close your computer or phone you're required to use your room key to get down to the lobby you must pay a deposit (which you receive back upon checkout)
Location is great!
Very poor wifi connection
Location is good. Rooms are very quiet. There is a washing machine.
Bathroom is small. No kitchenware.
The location is good, not far from metro stations. Quite clean, room service is on time. Considering the cost, I'm very happy with my stay at this place.
The wifi rarely worked.
Walking distance to excellent coffee shops, and the staff were more than accommodating with all requests. The facilities were quite good and the washing machine was an unexpected bonus.
As with other hotels in China, smoking inside seems to be the norm and the room smelt of stale smoke. Fortunately it had a window that could be opened but it was still off putting.
Rooms are well equipped
Language is a problem
Size of room, proximity to metro and restaurants, the beer bar in the lobby level. Staff is eager to help.
Needs more attention with cleaning.
1. Toilet leaks. 2. Wifi keep logging out after a few minutes of inactivity... 3. Was asked to pay for a broken spoon that dropped accidentally whilst clearing the table for a new plate during breakfast. First time ever experienced this having traveled extensively round the world.
Big rooms and still cosy with nice furniture. Not only the bar street (not for children!) very close- also nice shopping and food. A Bistro with outside sitting area is directly accessible from the hotel foyer.
It wasn´t possible to order a taxi (minibus) the evening before and the next morning we had to wait for an hour. Then we got to know that the driver hadn´t started the way to us as he wanted to have more money.
Easily Order the / Malaysian Cuisine, Nice Food at the Restaurant as Room service.
Comftable living, 8min walk to the bar street and realt Easy to find.
Some misscomunications between booking.com and the the hotel, no major problems That couldnt be fixad. High deposit for rooms.
Big room, nice breakfast, attractive price
Far from the métro station and the center
