Set in the same complex with Meilanfang Grand Theatre, Grand Metropark Yuantong Hotel Beijing is steps away from Chegongzhuang Subway interchange station (Line 2 and 6). The 5-star property features 5 conference rooms, luxuriously decorated rooms with free internet access and gourmet cuisine across 3 stylish restaurants. Grand Metropark Yuantong Hotel is surrounded by Xizhimen, Beijing Zoo, Beihai Park and Houhai Bar area. It is a luxurious hotel to look at and beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast has everything you would expect for a 5 star property. When we arrived, there was no booking (apparently because it was booked on the same day, there was no reservation). Took us over 1 hour to check in at 8pm at night. Front desk staff spoke very poor english (if any at all). Would be very useful to have someone on at all times that can translate. I understand this is in China, but as a westerner, was extremely frustrating to try and get someone to understand 'please collect my laundry' when in a rush before a tour. Given a room that was a smoking room even tho non smoking was requested and when asked if we could change over, told that the only non smoking rooms on the business floor had 1 king bed (not suitable for 2 girls travelling together)

1. хорошее расположение 2. Чисто В целом отелю можно дать 4 звезды 1. в номере было холодно 2. Окно не плотно примыкало к раме. Из щели дуло 3. Неудачная конструкция стенного шкафа. В нем помещалось всего 2 вешалки 4. Персонал недостаточно хорошо владел английским

Отель хотя и 5 звезд но довольно старый (если сравнить с отелями в китае в которых я останавливался) ориентирован скорее на китайцев чем на иностранных туристов. Вроде бы чисто, но мебель и обстановка очень потрепанная. Предлагают гейш, что уже говорит о классе отеля. Второй раз не останавливался и искал среди других 5 звезд. мебель обстановка старого отеля.

симпатичный, современный, хорошо укомплектованный номер. хороший завтрак. прямо у входа в отель - метро, во время пробок очень удобно ))) 1) сложности с такси 2) именно на 18 этаже где дамские номера нет интернета, хотя заявлено,что интернет есть на всей территории отеля 3) персоналу все-равно что висит карточка "не беспокоить" и горит лампочка "не беспокоить", они названивали каждый час когда же можно прийти и убраться -это ужасно!!! 4) стеклянный туалет без жалюзи - это сомнительное удовольствие

мы останавливались в "дамском" номере с джакузи. в номере все соответствовало тому, как выглядит на фото. отель новый, все достаточно свежее, современное. уборка регулярно. вода и фрукты в номере. в двух шагах станция метро и вторая кольцевая дорога. завтраки разнообразные,уклон на азиатскую кухню, но европейская тоже представлена единственное, чего не хватает отелю -бассейна, но джакузи в номере компенсирует

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage nahe Financial Street. Durch U-Bahn Station (Chegongzhuan) direkt vor dem Hotel auch für Touristen bestens geeignet - Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square etc., in 10Minuten erreichbar. Gute Anbindung auch zum Airport Express - Hotel Airport 40min für RMB 27. Frühstück ist ok aber nicht unbedingt 5* Niveau.

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en un 5 estrellas, seleccionamos una lady room y es genial, la cama comodísima y muy grande, totalmente insonorizado y, cosa rara en china, contaba con cortinas que tapan la luz, aunque las vistas no son a nada especialmente turístico. El desayuno era muy completo (incluso sushi) y hasta las 10:00 de la mañana. Ubicado justo junto a una parada de metro. El staff no hablaba mucho inglés cuando llegamos de madrugada. El letrero de la fachada está en chino, así que es conveniente llevarlo apuntado por si el taxista no sabe cuál es.

Realmente no me ha gustado elpersonal no hala ingles la limpieza deja mucho que desear El bar es demasiado caro para la gota de bebida que te sirven en ninguna parte del mundo habia pagado 180 y por 10 milimetros de copa servida. Aparte preguntas como puedes desplazarte en la ciudad y ni ellos sabes solo les es facil subirte a un taxi. Mi puntuacion no me gusto no me parece un hotel ni de 4 ni de 5 estrellas no volveria jamas a ese hotel.

Wifi接入方便，酒店各处均有稳定并且高速的Wifi. 员工：素质一般，服务意识并不强，服务也未做到标准化。 设施：房间设施偏旧，床头无插座实在无法接受，电视打开后发现极不清晰，有雪花，打开房间窗帘，那玻璃感觉- 多年未擦。房间的一些印刷品或一次性用品感觉很旧。一进房间地上就有是否需要按摩的小卡片，提供发票的那种- ，是否需要加强管理？ 餐饮：早餐和客房送餐都另人失望，无论从口味还是服务，大多早餐选择都是冷的，如炒饭，香肠，培根等，都是- 冷的，不能接受，客房送餐也是半冷不热的。 整体：该酒店性价比偏低，挂4星更合适。
