Room not heated enough, all TV channel in chinese

I really liked that the hotel sent someone to meet us at the airport when we came out of the baggage check area. The hotel was only about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We also liked that breakfast was included in our room rate. The bed was hard but comfortable and it was very quiet even being so close to the airport.

The carpet in our hotel room needed a better cleaning, including vacuuming.

We had problems with our other guest on our floor, they left doors open and talked to each other without leaving theirs rooms. We were awake at 7am and taught that we are in a middle of some market. When we complained about it, the receptionist ofered a different room straight away which was away from the hum.

We staid there two nights but got only one breakfast voucher. However after the first breakfast we did not even bother to ask for the second one as the food was very poor. Also the distance from the airport was not as described online. 10/15 minutes drive.

was picked up at the airport even at 2.30 am (delayed flight) and also taken to the airport right on time, very friendly staff, even talking some english

Luckily we stayed only for a short time..... It's one saving grace is that it is very near the airport...other than that it is pretty bad.

I would not recommend this hotel... the shuttle bus did not turn up and we had to take a taxi. The hotel is filthy and the shower(which is conveniently located by the toilet...literally.) overflows into the bedroom. The free breakfast is hysterical.....Please note that someone previously had written that this place has the best food in china...I can only assume he is the cook there or his taste buds have been cruelly removed. Also there was something unusual in regards with my credit card and I will have to invesigate as to whether my deposit was returned.... avoid at all costs.

The restuarant food was some of the best Chinese foood I have tasted

The Hotel shuttle bus was broken and I had to wait one hour for them o locate another one and pick me up from the airport, despite e-mailing them with my arrival details ahead of time. I was given a room which smelled musty and was on the ground next to the main stairs. I was woke at 1:30am by forty + chinese travellers checking in and clatteing up the stairs.

the ahuttle bus was late by 1 hour and I have to call the hotel several times

Decent size rooms, resturaunt was quite good at a fair price, helpful, friendly staff, free shuttle bus

the back street location was a bit intimidating, the rooms were not the cleanest, also a bit noisy

the place is near the the airport and the exhibition centre

the staff dont speak english and it is far from the city

Хорошо организованный транспорт в аэропорт. Персонал неприветливый, даже грубый.

He estado en muchos hoteles grandes y pequeños, pero nunca como en este hotel tan sucio (la moqueta de la habitaciones con manchas sucios, asqueroso y olia mal, cuarto de baños sucios con manchas en el suelo y lleño de pelos y los personales son tan disagradable). Lo unico que deseabamos era salir corriendo del hotel.
