    Excellent location

Sofa bed quality can be improved. Shower/Toilet/Bath are too open.

The majority of staff spoke English and were always polite and helpful. Location is 2 mins from Wangfujing subway so very central. Room was excellent ( 1 bed exec ) bedroom had large comfortable bed, study had 1sofa, lounge another, dining area with kitchenette and then the bathroom, large bath tub, separate walk in shower, 2 sinks - luxury. The pool is 25m with clear roof and is fanastic, nice gym too. A brilliant place to stay.

Location, style, environment, comfort. Imperial Mansion-Marriott Executive Apartments is always a fine place to stay in Beijing whether for business or holidays/sightseeing. Walking distance to the Forbidden City and other interesting places.

This time the Apartment offered was inferior to the previous visits!! The very first time, the Apartment was excellent, thereafter it was of lower standard. I suppose it is because reservations was through internet (booking.com).

WiFi is the best in Chinese hotel and work very well with high speed in all places in the hotel. Swimming pool is big but no Jacuzzi, no Sunna, no any place for children. Room size very big and comfortable. Breakfast OK. Staff OK. Hotel Lobby OK but need some more furnish. Children playing room OK. Hotel free shuttle service to airport is excellent.

Not any kitchenware in the kitchen, you have to call and ask them to bring. The second bedroom presents a big bed that not suitable for kids, 2 single bed is much better. Distance from elevator to rooms is too much (our rooms located in the end of corridors). Some of furnish of the room need to change. The cleanness of the rooms need to improve.

    - the amazing place - the amazing position - staff speaking fluent English and extremely friendly

    - a couple of times taxis refused to bring us there (i guess because it is in a very central position, and there's a lot of traffic to get there)

I booked a 1BR suite for 3 adults (parents and our 24 year old son) for 5 nights. This was the largest, most convenient and most comfortable suite II ever had including comparable brand hotels. The bedroom was large with a huge bathroom. There was separate study with a door and a sofa used by our son + a full living room and eat in kitchen. Washing/dryer machine too. It was a real bargain for the price (around 1000RMB a night). Facilities are very good, the location is just excellent, near everything. Highly recommended.

very helpful staff! very close to the subway. somewhat new hotel.

faulty appliances, leaking bathroom sink, stained couch. Cookware should already be inside room before guests arrive. It was a hassle to get pots and pans and utensils to cook with.

Great breakfast. Good location walk to Tien'en men Square, great restaurants and mall. Lovely undercover pool area

Staff had difficulty understanding us. Twice we ordered taxis, then when we went to the lobby no one knew anything about our taxis. At the buffet we were offered tea and coffee and then it never arrived. Staff communication was the biggest problem

The staff are excellent at the front desk.

Some of the fixtures in the rooms are average and need updating.

Location is very good with shopping and many tourist spots nearby. Good size and standard of the apartments.

Our safe didn't work (needed a new battery for the code-circuit), and it took 3 days before someone actually bother to come and check it even if we asked for it every day. Some days the clearing was poor, floor left dirty and some garbage bins not emptied.

superb location, large rooms, hotel is quiet and unobtrusive, staff is helpful -- Eva at the front desk particularly so

hotel very modern, architecture quite grand, not very "Chinese" in ambience. very good but could be located anywhere in the world, lack of basic kitchen utensils including coffee brewer an inconvenience, breakfast cost too high for simple continental

The size of the apartment! It is very big. It has everything you need. The BIG bathtub helped us to recover from the walking after one long day. The location is really good. The Tiananmen is only 10 mins away. You can have a lot of choices for food since it is 1 min away from the Wangfujing street.

Nothing! Will definitely wana come back again!

Very comfortable, spacious, and quiet room. Convenient location, next to Wangfujing shopping area and subway, short walk to Tiananmen and Forbidden City. Good buffet breakfast. Very nice underused pool - great for some morning laps. Free wifi (but note that Google and Facebook both blocked in China!). Would definitely stay there again. Desk, sitting area with TV, dining table, kitchenette - all good.

Master bedroom and bathroom are essentially a single very large room, so switching on the lights in the master bathroom is likely to wake up anyone still sleeping in the master bedroom. Master king-size bed is very comfortable, but our daughter found the sofa bed quite hard. No utensils in kitchenette (though perhaps available on request - we always ate out).

Very helpful staff, location, quality & size of room, breakfast.

Sometimes it was difficult communicating in English, despite well meaning staff, though only at certain times. The trip we booked via the hotel was expensive but still had too much selling included.

Very good hotel, huge rooms, perfect location just outside shopping district. Breakfast ok, but when you are looking for Chinese breakfast you will be dissapointed as western food is served.

Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to main Wangfujing shopping street. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Including the famous Da Dong Peking Duck next door. Apartment was big and spacious. Overall experience was very good.

The room is spacious. And the furniture and built-in facility in the room are excellent. We even had a small party there. I also like the location very much.

Free breakfast is a bit too simple. More choices are preferred.
