staffs are really friendly and helpful, room is clean and location is convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway & shopping mall. |

Very nice apartment. It was cousy, there was a big tv and fresh, clean water for drinking. The cleaning lady did good work, she did even the dishes. The staff was nice and luckily English speaking (one of the ladies spoke very good English, with the other one we couldn't arrange our things but we could have small chats). We could have needed some more things in the kitchen (for ex. we had only one pan and no sharp kitchen knife). On the hotel website there were some estimations about distances; to the Silk Market it was supposed to be 15 minutes walk, it takes 50 minutes. Some things we're not situated so close as we were informed. The service wasn't always so fast, even though in the end the things got done. |

Made to feel very very welcome. Excellent friendly and helpful service given throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend because of courtesy and obvious willingness to help. Well located for transport to all most places. |

The staff who run the apartments try hard. Nothing like what we expected ie a middle class 3 bedroom apartment in a decent area of beijing. Real backpacker stuff , apartment which we paid premium price for even noting it was Olympic time did not have our requested number of beds and a mattress had to go on floor. Essentially this is a Chinese occupied unit that they must have moved out to rent to us. Inside a huge very chinese compound. |

Transport was excellent. Nearest Subway line was about 10 minute walk. Taxi always available in the area. Great Coffee Shop and restaurants were also about 5-10 min walk. Staff friendly and very helpful. |

Spacious, clean apartment with good facilities (air-con, washing machine, microwave, etc). Efficient, English-speaking staff. (It is not a hotel but the staff can be contacted by telephone at any time.) It was a little far from the city centre but the underground is close to the apartment and it is easy to use. |

I really enjoyed my stay. All the staffs were very nice, and always welcomed all the questions and concerns no matter what time it is, and so quick to solve problems. The place and facility is almost same as house - with desk, proper chair, closet, kitchen, laudry machine, sofa, tv, telephone(free!), etc. And everything is clean and new. The location is fine, but not super close to the main attractions considering the traffic jam in Beijing, although the bus connection is good. Because the new metro line will be completed soon, it will be much better in a few months. |

Daar het een appartement is kun je je eigen dingen regelen zoals ontbijt etc. Daarnaast is het meer relaxed dan in een hotel daar je je eigen huiskamer hebt, tv en zelf inkopen kunt doen voor het verblijf. Entree van flat schrok ons wat terug bij eerste binnekomst. Zag er niet uitnodigend uit. Later was je daar aan gewend, zeker ook omdat appartment goed was. |

Iedere dag cleaning, goede begeleiding, familiair ontvangst, wonen tussen de Chinese bevolking. De prijs was door de Olympische Spelen zeker niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van het appartement. Het is gewoon zo, dat de vraagprijs per dag veel te hoog was. |

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang durch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Super bei den Temperaturen ist, das eine Waschmaschine und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Appartement vorhanden ist. U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe = klasse. Das Badezimmer. Immer wenn man gedusch hat, stand das Bad komplett unter Wasser, da hier keine seperate Dusche vorhanden war. |
