Location. Bread store on the way to the metro.
A lot of dead flies on the walls. Not super clean.
Bed very comfortable Air Conditioning Price Staff are very kind
English skills are quite limited
The location is pretty good because very close to the subway and you can easily go to touristic places such as tian an men or the forbidden city
The price we had for one week when we booked on booking.com was not the same when we arrived at the hotel and they also tried to make us pay for a deposit (in a hotel???) which we didn't. That's not fair at all and not professional. Also, even if the room was not dirty they didn't clean the floor in one week.
The room was 3x2 m2, without window (there was a small window into the corridor).
There is not wi fi in a room
The price we paid (500 RMB for two people for three nights) within the third ring road was phenomenal. The 3rd Ring is fairly close to everything, and it's only a few stops from the train station. If you come in at night, the location may seem shady, but in the day time it's an ordinary, quite agreeable and pleasant neighbourhood. I'm not certain if the staff spoke much English or not, because business was done in Chinese, but they were certainly very helpful. The beds were very nice, much softer than ordinary Chinese beds in homes and par for hotels nationwide. The facilities were completely clean, and housekeeping even made sure to have my cluttered clothes put back on my sheets after they changed them.
In some hotels in China, things like toiletries are gratis, but here they were not (save for shampoo and soap). That said, if you need them but don't want to go out to buy them, they are there already in your room. You'd be better off buying them outside though, as prices will be cheaper.
