There were no towels for showering, Could not reach anyone for assistance, The room was dirty, No staff at all, This place should not even be put in your choices of places to stay if you recomend it to anyone you will loose a lot of repeat customers. I need to go to Beijing 2 times a year and I will never go to this place again. It is not a place travelers should go to.I Really can not belive you even have it as a place to stay, it was hell, we left the next day and if it were not for the time we arrived we would not have stayed then you need to remove this place from your list of options. I will be booking with you often but not if there is places like this to choose from.

Todo. Nunca hay nadie en recepción, cada vez que había un problema tenías que llamar (y pagar la tarifa internacional), el personal casi no hablaba inglés, esperar a que llegasen (una vez fueron 2 horas porque la chica estaba fuera!)... El hotel muy difícil de encontrar y mal ubicado, la habitación vieja, sucia, con cucarachas, cocina oxidada y sin utensilios, nevera estropeada, aire acondicionado que gotea en la cama... NO ESCOGER NUNCA ESTE HOTEL SI NO QUEREIS QUE OS ESTROPEEN LAS VACACIONES!!

The WORST hostel where We ever were. We had a deluxe room paid and we have got a standard room, dirty with cockroaches. Location was impossible to find, Bathroom and kitchen was moldy and infested with cockroaches. Girl promised to bring Internet to the next day, but she did not come. We had to call her and it was very expensive. On booking.com she announced that we were absent at the time and now wants a storno fee. Hostel destroyed our stay in China. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOSTEL IF YOU WANT ENJOY STAYING IN CHINA!
