The staffs are friendly. Good service.. Lovely rooms.. Even the 4 bedded rooms were really good.
On the website, they said that they could serve breakfast for about 15RMB but they never served. No early check in's and late check out's allowed.
Poor and old rooms that were portrayed wrongly on the images. It deceived me! Imaging renting a room of 200 Yuan without toilet. I had to move out for the second day after they force me to pay additional 100 for half day just because I complained! I was then lucky to find a very nice hotel nearby for only 208 for the nyt.
nearness to the location of my engagement.
everything. d room (room 101) is dirty. d walls have not been painted for years. we were only 2 persons in a room of 4 but there are baggages of about 10 other people stuck under d bed. no cupboard for personal belongings. poor ventilation. d bathroom is on d second floor and terrible - d water from d other bathroom was flowing to my feet. seeing this, I didn't even bother to check out the toilet. no map of the city availabe. the staff (specifically the ladies) speaks little English but were impolite and unwilling to help. I use hostels often when I travel but I woudnt recommend this hostel to anyone.
Location was good as easy access to metro.
The description of this hostel is false. There's none of the facilities advertised either on or attached to the complex. When I questioned staff about this they just laughed In my face. The cleanliness is disgraceful, bathroom bins were never emptied in 3 days I stayed. The showers were full of hair, dirt and smelled badly. My room wall was covered in squashed Mosquitos. I have never come across such rude and unhelpful staff either. I had already paid upfront else I would never have stayed in such conditions. Hope this helps.
Beds were comfortable Good location next to the subway
Staff were rude and incredibly unhelpful The hostel was dirty and had damp on the walls in our room The facilities were not as they advertised The drains in the shared bathroom were so blocked that a short shower would result in the bathroom flooding and overflowing into the corridor! The bins were also overflowing and needed emptying
placement near metro station
no Wi-Fi in a room no spare sockets to change mobile phone ridiculous locker
Nobody takes care of the place, the reception guy not friendly and no customer service oriented staff
The location is good
When we came to our non-smoking room, it smelled really smokey. We asked for a non-smoking room, but they told us we had a non-smoking room and we should open a window.. Next morning stepped out bed in 2 cm of water. The AC was leaking and our room was blank. Our bags where on the ground, also all wet. The housekeeper cleaned it, but then suddenly left. We had to go downstairs to ask for another room. They did not think of that. They said they would give us another room in the evening. They said it without a sorry for the inconvenience or any feeling whatsoever. In the evening when we came back, they told us we still had the same room because they "fixed the room". Fixing the room means shutting the AC water flow off.., so we did not have an AC. which is not a lot of fun when it's 35 degrees outside. The rooms are small and not clean, you pay way too much for what you get. The people working here are the most unfriendly people I've met in 4 weeks travelling in China. DO NOT GO HERE!
Location, REALLY close to the subway line 10. You literrally walk like 1 minute from the subway to the hostel. You will meet many other travellers and can meet many English speaking travellers, may be you can even hook up with other travellers to travel together. Almost all the staff speak good English.
Not very clean. You barely see a smile on the staff's face. You will not get your sheets changed no matter how many days you stay there!!! One staff member told me as long as you are checked in you will not get your sheets changed!! I guess this means the only way to get the sheets changed you will litterrally have to check out, wait till you see the Janitors change the bed matterial then check back in!!! Wiered!!!
It was right next to the subway.
No wifi, when you're traveling in the 21st century, it's nice to have wi-fi. The hotel advertises Wi-Fi in its lobby, but it never worked.
Close to subway. Good security.
Bath and toilet facilities are lacking. Doors cannot be locked. Toilets are not cleaned regularly.
Location was pretty good and the rooms were fairly clean
Staff members were a little difficult to speak to
Good price and location
Disgusting showers and toilets
Staff was helpfull, but speaks few english.
Furnitures are very old, no bathroom in the room. Its way to expensive for this quality.
Great location just next to Sanlitun village and the metro station
Creepy room, no paint on the walls, no room, no lamp, etc, just a double bed, a table, and a mirror - felt like being in a prison
Price is excellent. Good location. Close to subway. Staff speaks English.
No roomkeys. Could be cleaner.
Good lication, next to a subway station and not far from sanlitun
The person at the reception was unfriendly, had to wait long time until he was willing to help with Sth. Not lockers working, dirty rooms, disgusting shower
Location was good. Beside tuanjiheu subway which is great as subway system is fantastic in Beijing. Staff are helpful but you have to push.
Facilities are very poor. Shared toilet even in private rooms. Toilets smell like a subway public toilet. WiFi is extremely slow and not in rooms. No towels provided but you get what you pay for. You do not get a key for your dorm the house keeping opens it as you walk in. Slightly odd.
10 min walk from Sanlitun, 1 min from subway, very low price
cleanliness, service, attitude. But you get what you pay for and that's very good price performance after all.
Location. Comfortable beds. Wifi connection. Size of rooms. Very quiet location and near a favorite part of the city.
Somewhat indifferent staff - but it didn't matter to us because we know Beijing.
the staff very arrogant, they didn't allow my friend help me with the bags even being in a 4th floor without lift because she was not registered in the hostel, even paying a double room for myself. they didn't have the promised breakfast for 25RMB, so I could not have breakfast before my journey.
Room is very nice, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is well equipped. Location is awesome, close to Sanlintun. Lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner options nearby, Chinese and western.
The staff is not very enthusiastic, and never smiles. They do their job just fine, but if you're gonna deal with people, you better have a better attitude.
perfect location and nice price. btw mattress is quite good, even better than some 4 stars hotels
location was really good
this place is a dump and the people that own/work at reception are horrible, not helpful whatsoever.... would not recommend!
