Staff were very helpful in every way possible, their English was perfect, which made ordering things etc very easy. Will deffo be back next time am in Xiamen.

The staff were very helpful and the service were high. The only negative thing with the location is that there is not very much going on close to the hotel, but taxi is still very afordable.

Service of staffs is excellent !. Location is a few streets from the centra prime area but it has the advantage of less traffic congestion . It has regular shuttle service to Airport .I have a very comfortable stay.

フロントスタッフは大変親切でした。３泊しまして、２日目の夜近くのレストランを紹介して貰って、ロビーを- 出るとスタッフが付いてきていました。外に用事かなと思っていたんですが、なんと分かり易いところまで案内- してくれました。中国のホテルではありえないことでした。

Location is good, within about 15 minutes of Xiamen airport. Not too much within walking distance as this hotel is in the center of the island / city. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive so it is easy to get around if you know where you want to go.

淸洁安静，交通方便，早餐品种较丰富环境舒适。 订房部未能及时把网络订单交予大堂接待处，因此客人到达仍需等待及再三查询，未能顺利办理入住。且房间内无- 线网络信号太差！

Gratis internet, koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer Krappe (bad) kamer Niet alle personeel verstond/sprak engels (lobby/entree) Ligging achteraf, wat M.N. 's avonds de aanloop onguur maakte. Je moet door donkere straatjes, allemaal mensen op straat rondhangen. Niet echt prettig. Zou het niet als 5 sterren beschouwen.
