Location, discount price, nice room (clean, new) Awful and poor breakfast - 8:30am and almost no food. Plus lack of western food. Other Best Western in Hangzhou has this point in excellent level. Staff does not speek English even in comunicative level.

- Rather small room, cheap decoration - Nondescript residential area, with no indication for taxi drivers - No complimentary bottle of water (the only hotel I stayed in in China without any) - Some people distribute business cards for what seems to be prostitution services under room doors. Either they have an agreement with the hotel's staff (!) or there is a deficit of control.

The beds were soft. I got upgraded due to a smokey non-smoking room so appreciate that the staff were willing to fix the issue quickly. Great value for money and not too far away from the train station. Restaurant was just ok, but likely wouldn't go back for the food again.
