Spacious and comfortable,they included breakfast vouchers and free internet,my wife enjoyed the massage place next door.5 Min walk to 1 train station and 10 min to another.

The pool was not in use.

Nice comfortable clean apartment hotel .Very helpful staff who were fluent in english.A little far off from the city centre but the subway is very close by(line 6).The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer which was so convenient.

Old dirty sofas. The building is old but clean An unplesant smell in the corridors which is common in many Chineses places.Incorrect address on Booking.com which was a painful task for the taxi driver to locate it.

We (4 of us) stayed at lvl 8 for 1 night. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Although the unit smaller than the one at 20th floor we stayed in 2 nights earlier, the interior is similar and it's still spacious.

The whole unit is very stuffy like nobody stayed there for long time, even the couch is smelly. The water heater is not working well, some of us could only get cold shower. It's enough freezing outside already. When the technician came to fix, the water was hot but just for a while. After he left, it's cold and hot OR just cold all the way. Then since the weather was cold, we turned the aircon off and open our room window a bit and that attracts a lot uninvited guests, total of a dozen of mosquitoes and a moth. If you had to stay here, try the shower once you get the room, before unpacking ur luggage.

We (6 of us) stayed at lvl 20 of the apartment for 1 night, everything was great! There were 3 bedrooms all with double bed and 2 bathrooms, one is attached to the master room. One common room is smaller than the other, though. Living room, dining table, kitchen, fridge even washing machine! There were 4 small mineral water bottles for free and wi-fi only comes free with lan cable. You need to pay cny25 for a gallon of water, which I think should be very economical if have longer stay or if u drink a lot. Nearest subway was Pudian Lu roughly 10 mins walk from the apartment.

Although the area supposed to be a good one, near offices etc, the taxis find it difficult to locate our apartment. They should have more international tv channels and get better tv that supports dual-audio. So that we could watch Korean dramas in Korean language, not Chinese... Oh well... Nothing big I could complain about.

The apartment was very spacious and extremely well located for the shopping area we were visiting. The staff were friendly and able to help with directions and translation problems.

The apartment was under equiped for a party of 6 people. Not enough cutlery...no spoons!...not enough plates....no cereal bowls!..not enough towels..although more were provided when we asked. The DVD did not work. The beds were hard. The apartment was not particularly clean with grease on the kitchen doors and dust and bits behind the beds and drawers.

It was were we needed it..convenient a base

A little bit disappointed with the facilities it was advertised to having a pool, sauna and gym this was not the case .. Yes it had a gym but none of it was safe to use... We did not go just for this but we hoped that of an evening we could use the facilities as this is why we chose it and paid for it but this is not what we got.

Location

Dissapointing experience, poor services, hotel did absolutely not deliver what was promised: * booking criterium swimming pool, at arrival pool was closed, at least some months ago; * One night extremely loud party at neighbouring room till dawn. Called couple times to staff & mgt, but no action. At escalation, hotel offered us to have our children sleep in other room, didn't dare to intervene with party; * though promised, hotel mgt did never call back; * Very poor cleaning of the room. Again, called staff, but next to no response was the default result.

The hotel was spacious and nice...

the service needs a bit of wake up and add more speed to there work, the hotel is impossible to find.

The size of the room and bathroom it's good

It's heard of city and most of the show room are nearby so we like to stay next time also

Good room, big and well iluminated. Confortable and weel located. Good price/quality balance.

Reception desk and restaurant needs better presentation rooms are much better). The staff has problems speaking English.

It is very easy to get around the city by taxi from here. There is an underground station nearby but we did not use it as the taxis are very cheap. Approx €3 to the city centre. The area is very safe. The apartment was quite comfortable but not very well equiped for cooking.

There were a few restaurants nearby but not a great selection. The bed was quite hard in the apartment.

Very good comfortable stay for fanily. Only no food of choice. But I again stay for comfot.
