Score from 584 reviews Excellent
Very close to the airport. Good free shuttle services and reception desk.
Breakfast is not worthy.
Fairly helpful and friendly staff Shuttle is handy
If any one want a budget hotel,it is best. Very near to terminal 2. Has free shuttle service. but be sure that you have the hotel contact number to call if the shuttle is not available there. You can get the not on the terminal 2, you need to go to terminal 3,1st floor, opposite of gate no 5. Going from terminal 3 to 2,there is free airport shuttle available there.
Personal was friendly and helpful. Not problem
Was Very cold in the room. Isnt Africa, I think better to put a heater or smth in these rooms. Slept in the clothes , under 2 blankets :) not fun. Wi fi works very bad. Only can catch in the coridor.
Free airport shuttle
Lack of cable and poor internet connection
Value Close to airport Airport shuttle bus Shop in hotel
Noisy place Uncomfortable Untidy Tacky place, seen it best times years ago
Very convenient have the bus to send to airport
The front desk staff spoke English. The breakfast waiter named Wu spoke English as well. The room is cozy, clean comfortable. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport is a big plus and the Wi-Fi seemed to be fast enough to do what I wanted to do on the road. The location is very close to the airport, even with traffic, you will never late unless you leave late. I was the only one going to Terminal 3 but they dispatched another bus for me in less than 5 minutes and got me to the airport on time.
The free shuttle bus is not a common knowledge. I only found out after I took a taxi from the airport which took 45 minutes in line then the taxi driver himself a 28RMB tip. On my return trip, I could not find their shuttle bus and their advertised phone number was not valid. It took me an hour going around the terminal looking for people who speaks English and can tell me where to find the shuttle bus. I could not find salt and pepper at breakfast.
The staff spoke English, which made the registration easy. I did not encounter any issue while registering. I also like the shuttle service from the hotel, which made it very convenient to get to the airport for my next flight. The breakfast was OK too.
I could not find any coffee, salt & pepper at breakfast. I did not know shuttle service was available. I waited almost an hour in line for a taxi, I think I got cheated. The meter showed 22, I gave the drive 100, he gave me 50 back, so it looks like he gave himself a hefty tip.
Perfect location to the airport but not the city center. Free shuttle to and from the airport was an added bonus.
Staff couldn't speak very good English and couldn't understand us. We decided to eat at the hotel one night and there was only pizza, chips and sandwiches on the menu. I had a pizza and it was microwaved very soggy and they'd obviously grated they own cheese on the cover the pizza. I also had a sprite and my bill came to over £11. I was very disappointed and tried to complain but they didn't understand. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I like most because it near the airport, so we could go as late as possible without worried about travel jam.
-Airport shuttle bus This is very important to a foreigner who cannot speak chinese since most of the taxi driver can,t speak English. - Breakfast is tasty
As usual communication with the reception desk staff as almost of them can't speak English
They have free airport shuttle but very close to the Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 1 and 2 already so it will cost no more than 15RMB by an official taxi.
It seemed the hotel location is good as located in the middle of International Exhibition Center and the International Airport but, no... To go to the Expo Center you'll need to pay 40-50RMB to the pirate taxis. Hotel staff won't assist you to find an official taxi. Even more you should pay everytime you need to go to city center. Wi-fi Internet speed is very low, however, this is common problem in China. Rooms are small, noisy and dirty. Overall, the worst hotel experience ever.
Everything except for smoke smell and moskitoes.
Smoke smell in one of the bed. To get rid of it I opened the window. Since then most of the night was hunting for them.
Price and pick & drop sevice
Smell of smoking and stuff poor
Location, literally 10 minutes walk from airport. Free bathing consumables WiFi in the room Really good value for money Good place to stay if you have a long stopover Staff speaks decent English
customer service price free shuttle service from and to the airport proximity to airport
bathroom was not clean
the shower needed a movable shower head especially for women
Near to the airport
Very noisy, too hot (impossible to regulate the heating system) and full of mosquitos. They give you the machine for mosquitos, but it is totally useless. I spent a terrible night!
I honestly can't think of one thing
Taxi's will not take you to this hotel, since it's too close... not the hotel's fault I know, but it's not clear that a shuttle is available, and also not clear when and where to pick it up. The entire hotel is dirty. The carpet is coming up in the halls, and in the room the bed was hard as a rock, and I was bit several times by something in the few hours I was actually able to sleep. It's not worth the cheap price, may as well fork over some money for a real hotel, or just sleep in the airport, which I now wish I had done.
Friendly staff Dinner menu choice Convenient location for airport Rooms reasonably comfortable Good value
Cigarette smoke from other rooms seemed to be drawn into mine through the ventilation system, in both the rooms I utilised. Shower room rather on the small side. Calling the shuttle bus from the airport: I did accomplish this when I first arrived at T3, with the help of an airport information desk, but on my second visit, the hotel simply would not send a shuttle to T2, when a Chinese person kindly called them on my behalf and with exorbitant taxi rates being charged, I ended up walking approx. 1 km from T2 to the hotel with all my luggage, including having to dash across a very busy road. Not ideal.
Near airport, free shutle bus
Smelly room, noise from airplanes whole night, tired staff at reception
Close to airport for transit. Efficient reception
Well this is China... Smile and amicability is unknown. Different culture or genes, it's ok once one gets used to it.
