The hotel is really beautiful. The tours offered at the hotel were great and at very good prices. Major attractions were at walking distance. I'd book this hotel again without hesitation. The staff at the service desk when we're checking in seemed tired and annoying for our questions.The next day's staff was much better. |

The location of the hotel is excellent - very central. 10 minutes walking distance from Tianemen Square and main shopping streets. Breakfast and evening executive room cocktail bar facilities were of poor quality. Staff were friendly enough but their manner was accusative and mistrustful whenever modifications or payment queries were raised. Quality of service could be better. |

De service van het hotel m.b.t. taxivervoer dat ze alles netjes in Chinees op schreven. Het valt mij op dat het voor zo'n hotel weinig mensen personeel goed engels spreken. |

proche de la place tian'en men et de la cité interdite. petit déjeuner correct. Les massages sont hors de prix par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver ailleurs pour 10 fois moins cher.Ne pas oublier les 10% de taxe supplémentaires sur le prix de la chambre. |
