The hotel is really beautiful. The tours offered at the hotel were great and at very good prices. Major attractions were at walking distance. I'd book this hotel again without hesitation. The staff at the service desk when we're checking in seemed tired and annoying for our questions.The next day's staff was much better. |

The location of the hotel is excellent - very central. 10 minutes walking distance from Tianemen Square and main shopping streets. Breakfast and evening executive room cocktail bar facilities were of poor quality. Staff were friendly enough but their manner was accusative and mistrustful whenever modifications or payment queries were raised. Quality of service could be better. |

location, walking distance from forbidden city. poor breakfast for the range of the hotel, sad athmospere in the lobby it would need more light and to be cleaner, and in the room. not all the staff is speaking english and they will have the olympic in 3 months. good luck! |

Good Location, very comfort and plenty of restaurants in the hotel along with other things to keep you interested. The daily room make up got worse during our stay. |

De service van het hotel m.b.t. taxivervoer dat ze alles netjes in Chinees op schreven. Het valt mij op dat het voor zo'n hotel weinig mensen personeel goed engels spreken. |
