Luxury style, excellent customer service, very friendly & helpful staff and a brilliant cleanliness overall & attention to details.

I little difficult to get a taxi straight away when going out from the hotel. Although the hotel makes a huge effort in either going to get you a taxi or the shuttle bus takes you to the nearest taxi point.

The location near the Canton Fair and the general accomodation

All was excellent, except the food! The food was cold, and the restaurant was actually to bad!

The restaurant was very confusing, the staff did not speak English very well and did not explain that you could eat what you like and that it was only one price. The price was not displayed anywhere. The glass for by breakfast fruit juice was chipped and my room service breakfast came without a plate 2 out of the 3 days I stayed there.

I can only describe this hotel as an impeccable 5 star hotel with all the qualities and more of a quality hotel- to include the welcoming staff, plenty english speaking staff, fantastic room, restaurant with good choice of food to accommodate different nations food dieate and customer services beyond five star quality. FOR AS LONG AS I VISIT CHINA AGAIN, I WILL ALWAYS USE THE SAME HOTEL OR CHAIN.

The in house chinese restaurant could do with more choice of food to include more choice of seafood to accommodate other nations seafood choice.

Room and facilities were excellent.

Hard at times to converse with staff in English.

New hotel, big room , big bed.

They claimed that they did not have mine or my colleagues resevations. They do not accept bookings from booking.com They told us we must pay higher prices for bigger rooms. We were ripped off. When we left they were super nice but insisted we book direct in the future.

The hotel is grate. The rooms are clean and the interior is fensy. The staff is nice and helpfool.

If you come for the Cantone Fair and don't plan to go to the center of the city than it's a perfect place to stay. It's about 10 min. Far from the Fair. But to go to the shopping or sight seing would be a big problem. It's too far and hotel doesn't provide a transportation to pick you up from the nearest metro station (not possible to reach by feet). The only option is taxy, but it will always bring you to the wrong place, becouse there is a sister hotel with the same name opposite the river. Food could be more interesting for such a level hotel. The stuff is not traned in an europinean way. To get a glass of wine from the waiter could take you 15 min.

Installations are good, staff nice, although it is near the cnaton fair, has no taxis or anything nearby. The food is tiring.

Very comfortable stay ,Nice hotel but visited at time of Canton fair and was expensive. Hotel did provide courtesy bus ,15 mins to fair. Great swimming pools outside and inside.Nice large rooms

Lobby, restaurants, rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, gym and other activity areas perfect and gorgeous. Impessive decoration. Everything worked carefully in detail. Lots of activities, even indoor tennis courts. Deluxe room is quite large and very confortable. Shuttle obtion is compensating the far location of the hotel, and it is free. A little bit far to town, but perfect to be in a silent area. Staff very kind and helpful.

Excellent choice for relaxation and solitude. State of the art facility with excellent staff. The location however is less convenient for a stay that requires city travel.

Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt en voor een 5 sterren hotel mag ik toch verwachten dat men wat beter Engels spreekt. Echt een aanfluiting.

hotel sans ame...!! aucune ambiance , ni au loby ni au restaurant....!! la suite junior est une belle chambre... mais sans separation entre le sejour et couchage. pas assez de minibar et boisson chaudes...!!

- Zugang zur Poolanlage ist vom Hotel aus gesperrt. Man muss das Hotel verlassen um über ein Nebengebäude (Healthcenter) zu den Pools zu gelangen. - Das Hotel liegt so abgelegen, dass es kein Taxifahrer in Guangzhou finden kann. Zu allem Überfluß gibt es ein zweites gleichnamiges Hotel in Guangzhou das stattdessen von den Taxifahrern angefahren wird. Dies ist uns täglich über 3 Tage so passiert obwohl wir die chinesischen Vistenkarten des Hotels den Taxifahrern gezeigt haben. - Frühstückszeiten im Hotel sind bis 10:00h. Um 09:50h zum Frühstück gekommen und wieder weggeschickt worden, da ja nur noch 10 Minuten übrig wären und in der kurzen Zeit kein Frühstück mehr möglich wäre. - Beim Frühstücken permanent von einer Bedienung angesprochen und belästigt worden (mindestens 8 mal), da angeblich nur für eine Person (anstatt für zwei) das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen wäre. Mein Hinweis dass das nicht sein könnte oder ich auch gerne das zweite Frühstück bezahlen würde wurde zurückgewiesen. Wir wurden aufgefordert, dass eine Person den Frühstücksraum verlassen sollte. Nach einer Beschwerde meinerseits wurde eingeräumt dass man sich mit der Zimmernummer vertan haette und es ein Versehen war. - Alles in allem von der äußeren Aufmachung ein schickes nobles Hotel. Wie man allerdings personalseitig mit dem Hotel und den Gästen umgeht steht in keinem Verhältnis zu einem 5-Sterne Hotel. Ich kann dieses Hotel weder weitempfehlen noch werde ich es persönlich wieder nutzen.

En The stuff in the hotel is very bad. i stayed for 8 nights and i paid around 19000 RMB and during checkout the stuff is telling me that they are not finding the tea spoon in the room. and that they have to charge it. and after 5 min they are apologize from us and say that they have find it. they made the check in in 25 min , and the check out in 45 min. which is impposible long time. The SPA is very very bad. i had a bad experience doing Masage. The Masage workers are not Professionel at all. The location of the hotel is extremely bad. it is outside Guangzhou. non of the taxi drivers even know the place of this hotel. We lost our way every time we are going back to the hotel. it takes around 40 min from the Hotel to Pearl river. So i dont advice anybody to stay in this hotel. SPA hiç profesyonel değil. Çok kötü bir masaj deneyim oldu Otelin yeri guangzhou nun dışında, çok çok uzak herşeyden, üstelik hiç bir taksi yeri bulamıyor. mutlaka herseferinde kayıp olluyoruz sonra oteli arıyoruz.
