location was close to airport shuttle bus drop off and not far from bell tower. Room was modern and spacious. the bathroom had bad smell |

perfect location in the center of the city and just close to the airport bus station; the restaurant on the first floor (ground floor) is very good and have good and cheap wine from Argentina. |

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, everyone able to speak good english and very service oriented! Great position, in the city centre. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it. |

The location is excellent. It is easy to access from the airport and good value for money. Very clean inside. Good cooking facilities. Would recommend to others. Only problem is lack of English by staff, which is to be expected. |

We went to Xian mainly to see the Terra Cotta Warriors - which were amazing. The hotel was the worst we stayed in during our trip. We also visited Beijing and Hong Kong. I would not stay at a Citadine again. The area surrounding the hotel was also very run down and dark. We were on the 5th floor and it appears the hotel may be much nicer above the 5th floor - but I would never stay there again. |

very well designed room, very clean and comfortable. Hotel excellent location. Very quiet yet very close to shopping and food belt. the hot water shower was very erratic. Impossible to control the temperature. It was swinging from hot to cold to hot. |

It is exactly in the city centre. Just 5 minutes walk after the airport bus will drop you in last bus-stop. |

Staff command of english was better than in other hotels I stayed in around China. The hotel's location was excellent close to numerous shops and the bus stop to/from the airport. The breakfast was inadequate - serving mainly 'eastern' foods. This hotel (and many others in China) need to cater more for western tourists. |

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are good und and the tv many international channels including hbo. Good place to stay. Landry tokens are ridiculously expensiv. |

The building is very well located by the Drum Tower and just 100m walk from the Airport Bus drop-off. Desk staff was mixed...the excellent "Ares" Yen who was smily and chatty and one of the best hotel workers I've ever met...others reserved and 1 borderline rude...many "trainees". Cleaning staff were nice. Room was very nice though the carpet needs a deep cleaning. We had the deluxe room with a nice view. Breakfast was at the "Taste of Singapore" restaurant and was good. Desk staff could be less stiff. Internet was stupidly priced at 1 yuen a minute and slow too comparable to 4 yuen an hour average elsewhere. Secondly, the rate the hotel charges is at 8 yuen per dollar not 7.8 as per standard elsewhere. So if you are quoted usd$75 a night you pay 600 yen + 15% tax. $2 real difference but clarity is need. A major point: do not use hotel taxi!!!! We prepaid on our hotel bill 250 yuen to charter the taxi for two locations for a specified time. He left us at the start of the heavy traffic time at the Big Goose Pagoda. We were not able to catch our overnight train as a result. We lost 5200 yuen to pay for family to fly back to Beijing. Hotel staff tried to assist and Mr Yen did his usual best but to no avail. |

The room here was very clean and spacious and the location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, etc. There are plenty of places to eat very near the hotel. The bathroom smelt terrible. The Manager moved us for our last night and didn't charge us for one particularly smelly night. Aparently, there is a problem with the drains that they are getting sorted, but some of the rooms have been smelling bad recently. Also, the AC was so loud that we couldn't have it on at night. The internet is also expensive. If the room had not smelt then this hotel would have got much higher rating from me. |

Excellent location between Drum Tower and "Bar street". Near shopping, good restaurants and sights in middle of Xian. For 3 people apartement was excellent choice. Clean and tidy. Good views from roof terrace. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig, da es im historischen Stadtkern von Xi'an gelegen ist. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, das schmutzige Geschirr wurde gespült.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir blickten auf eine riesige Baustelle direkt hinter dem Hotel, durch die wir allerdings keine Lärmbelästigung hatten, da wir tagsüber nicht im Hotel waren. |

Nous avons beaucoup aime le concept de la chambre appartement , ainsi que la proprete des lieux, sa localisation en centre ville mais en lieu tranquille probeme de plomberie et de ventillation mais ceci est du au fit que nous sommes situe au dernier niveau |

Dieses Hotel liegt genial, etwa 250 m vom Trommelturm und 300 m vom Nachtmarkt im Muslimischen Viertel entfernt. Wir hatten ein zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Studio gebucht, in dem wir uns sehr wohlfühlten. Das Bett war für chinesische Verhältnisse in Ordnung und das Hotelpersonal zeigte sich sehr bemüht. Die Sauberkeit des Bades war bei unserem Zimmerbezug mangelhaft, wurde aber nach Beanstandung sofort behoben. |
