Excellent location! A 2 minute walk to all the best places in town. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.

This was a nice hotel in a very good location. The staff were helpful, friendly, and some of them spoke very good english. The attached restaurant has very good food for lunch and dinner and the Maitre d' was also very friendly and spoke english. We found the breakfast buffet was a little lacking though. The apartment was large, clean and had a nice view of the bell tower. Other than a couple minor problems with the bathrooms it was very nice. The hotel has a laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. They provide the laundry detergent and, although it's a little expensive to do your laundry, it was very nice to have clean clothes.

The room we were in had a bathroom with a sink and toilet and a separate room for the shower and another sink. The sink in the toilet room was leaking, so the water was shut off. Both the sink and shower in the other room did not drain well. The bed was quite hard, however this is typical in China and it is rare to find a hotel with a soft bed.

Very central location. Rooms were clean and well equipped for making your own breakfast. Complimentary water was great extra. Room had partition allowing bedroom and living area to be separated if necessary. Great budget option in central xi'an

Breakfast. Not particularly suited to westerners although it was quite cheap. Visit the supermarket around the corner and make your own breakfast in the room.

It was very central. Complimentary water was provided. The hotel gave us a complimentary breakfast voucher which was a nice gesture when we arrived.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The choice was poor and the quality below standard. The hotel's rating is higher than it should be compared to other hotels we have stayed with through booking.com with same rating. The bathrooms did not seem clean and everything a little neglected.

Staff were helpfull. Easy access to information about the area. The layout of the hotel and the design of the room.

Not much choice for breakfast (little veriety). A power cut all day that we were not informed about untill we entered our room (just a letter on the table). A overly large deposit, becouse I wanted to pay cash.

The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing. We had view to the drum tower form our room, very beautiful especially at night where the tower is illuminated. There was an travel agency present in the lobby, we rented a private driver/car to take us to the Terra Cotta Warriors, efficient and not very expensive.

Breakfast was not very nice, however was also very billig cheap.

Excellent room, full facilities, all very clean and modern. Exceptional location, right in the city centre on the edge of the muslim quarter. Plenty of options for great food nearby (at all times of the day, including some delicious breakfast stands opposite the hotel). Located right next to the bell and drum towers, barely a 2 minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. 10 minute walk away from the south gate and a short bus ride away from the railway station. City of Xi'an itself was a pleasant surprise.

For some reason the staff left me waiting for about 10 minutes with all my bags before allowing me to check in. Having arrived late at night after a lot of travelling this was a bit frustrating and confusing. Not sure if they were understaffed at the time or not. They did apologise and service was fine from then onwards.

It is well located, easy to find and clean. Staff speaks reasonably English, is friendly and provides good instructions to visit the city. The hotel provides internet free access on a couple of computers located next to the reception.

Breakfast is not worth it whatsever... Rooms are basic but clean - just do not expect any frill and it will be fine.
