Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin    

Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). When we arrived at the hotel, Sam helped us secure bus tickets to Huangshan and train tickets to Shanghai. In a country where English is not widely spoken, this is an invaluable service. We stayed in an Executive room which entitled us to use the Executive Lounge on the 16th Floor where complimentary food and drinks were served from 5.30pm. After a long flight, the Lounge was a nice, quiet place to relax and taste some local cuisine. The rooms are also spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable and location near the canal enabled us to take a leisurely stroll along the canal and parks nearby. Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Hangzhou has been a most enjoyable experience and we will have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to all our friends.

Along with our 4 year old twins we stayed in a suit. That was great as we could use the Executive Lounge for breakfast & snacks, drinks. Definitely worth the money as it wasn't crowded and you get good service. With small children you need all the help you can get. I would return but only after contacting them over the phone should I have any specific requests.

Checking in staff not the brightest/ most pro-active! Booked 2 rooms online and asked for a connecting door in between. Upon arrival there were none available which I can understand sometimes happens. However...we personally had to offer various alternatives to the staff in order to get the right solution for our family. It took 10 minutes of question after question!! The only thing the staff could come up with was "sorry we don't have rooms with connecting door available! Sorry no rooms with 4 beds! etc". After we found the solution for them, the staff were apologetic. The hotel's phone number kept ringing out so I couldn't get hold of them in advance of booking!

The staff provide very good service, when they saw you walk by will greet you and they very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is pretty new hotels with brand new infrastructure and facilities.

The bed is not comfortable compared to other hotels with roughly the same rate. It will be perfect is the bed is better.

The best hotel I stayed in China. Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

Location in downtown, sometimes give 30 min more in Hangzhou crazy trafic jam. Some staff dont speack teasonable english, but that is an issue all arround china and just there. Same for internet speed.

The service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and huge. You can also use the facilities that is shared with jw Marriot, which is just next door. It's pretty good for value.

They gave us a double room rather than a twin room which was what I originally asked for. I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to change the room for me.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The service was first-class. The check in manager Daisy was friendly, polite and helpful and created an excellent impression. It was also really nice on arrival to receive a cup of hot lemon tea. Just what was needed after walking around in the cold weather! After check in, when we discovered our room didn't have a bath-tub the hotel quickly and happily moved us to another room with a bath. All of the other staff we encountered through our stay were friendly and obviously well trained, always smiling and saying hello. There were other nice touches such as an offer of free late check out if we needed it. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of both Western and Chinese options. The swimming pool and spa centre is really nice and includes a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which are great after a long day sightseeing. Overall we had an excellent stay. Why can't all hotels train their staff as well as here? We highly recommend.

The only slight issues I would note are: 1. the bathroom and bedroom in the rooms are separated only by a large glass window which means there is zero privacy when in the bathroom. There should at least be a panel of frosted glass. 2. The swimming pool water could be slightly warmer. However, for us these were only minor complaints.

הצוות במלון פשוט מדהים כל הצוות מקבל את כולם בחיוכים והאווירה במקום מאוד ביתית למרות שזה מלון מאוד גדול ומחובר למלון נוסף של הרשת שהוא קצת יותר יוקרתי. החדר שלנו היה מאוד גדול עם אמבטיה עם זרם מיים חם וחזק ובכלל האמבטיה היתה מאוד מדליקה. בזמן השהות שלנו בסין היינו בכמה מלונות שגם אמורים להיות נחשבים בהרבה מזה אבל לדעתנו המלון היה מושלם. הארוחה במלון מאוד אשירה וטובה והמסעדות הפועלות שם מאוד איכותיות (גם קצת יקרות לעומת הרחוב כמקובל בכל מלון ) אבל גם מאוד איכותיות. מומלץ בחום (קרוב לכיכר המרכזית) ולנקודת ההורדה מהאוטובוס מהשדה. קל נורא להזמין מוניות מהמלון הצוות שם עובד על זה קשה (בשעות מסוימות קשה להשיג בעיר המדהימה הזאת מונית) לדעתי שווה להיות שם כמה לפחות יומים!

אין. השרות שם ורמת הניקיון גורמת למקום להיות הכי טוב מבחינתינו. הוא עשה שם רע לכל המקומות האחרים.

很满意的一次旅行.因为带着4岁的孩子,所以选择了套房且包早餐的组合,房间设施很不错,主要是床比较舒服,配套设施和服务都可以达到准五星的标准.特别是泳池很大,很舒服,让孩子每天都被吸引一定要去游泳后才回房间睡觉.服务人员态度也是很不错的,很多问题都耐心的解答和处理,可以代买火车票.早餐比较丰富,至少我家人比较满意.总体来说可以给5分(满分).

房间比较昏暗,不太敞亮.位置距离西湖还有点点远,打车总是会很堵.

Comfortable room, perfect gym and swimming pool facilities, good choice for breakfast.

The location was convenient and I enjoyed that it was connected to the JW Marriott so you had more upscale food and beverage choices during the evenings. The rooms were clean and like many other Courtyard Marriotts in China.

I stayed in a room at the end of the hall during my stay and ended up with no separate bathtub and shower (it was an all-in-one). I would have prefered a separate tub and shower. Also, when booking through booking.com, it was very difficult for the staff at the hotel to locate our reservation when checking in. We had a confirmation number, but apparently it was our agent's confirmation number. In any case, it took way too long to check in.

Overall service level was very good. Conceirge was the best I have ever come across and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. James the chief concierge was particluarly helpful, patient and knowledgable. The other staff go out of their way to help. In short, excellent.
