De Locatie. Vrijwel alles. Er werd ons niet aangegeven dat dit hotel aan het verbouwen is, waardoor we veel ongemakken ervaarden. Het grootste ongemak was het lawaai. Van smorgens vroeg tot savonds laat waren ze non stop aan het boren, waardoor slapen onmogelijk werd. Hier kon verder niets aan gedaan worden. Ondanks dat vrijwel alle faciliteiten door de verbouwing ontbraken moesten we de volle prijs betalen.

Kreeg bij check-in een gratis upgrade naar een luxere kamer en een fles rode wijn. Kamer erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt- en dinerbuffet erg ruim gesorteerd en van hoog niveau. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er was een renovatie gaande waardoor het 's morgens enigszins lawaaierig was, hoewel niet onoverkomelijk.
