The lighting at the passage from shower to swimming pool wasn't functional. It was pitch black. The sauna wasn't working either. There was a mistake between the Hotel and Booking.com, so we were not staying at the Club Floor. It's ok, because we could still enjoy the benefits. But it'd much easier if the Hotel notified its staff this situation to save me a lot of explaining. This happened a lot with our housekeeper, laundry, and lastly, the checkout.
The staff was helpful and friendly. They also have good understanding of English. On our first day there, we met someone at the elevator who saw me with my 5-year-old, and immediately offered to send small slippers to our room. The breakfast was sufficient and with varieties. We stayed there for a week and never got bored with the food selection. The Club Lounge for Club Floor guests was quiet, and happy hour in the evening was enough to cover our dinner. The Hotel was also in a great location. But stop right at the door and the sea was only two blocks away. Easy access to sights, shopping, restaurants, and more! WIFI very strong and never a single problem.
