The hotel is situated in the new town area of the city and it's lake view is very nice. The staff members are all professional and very helpful. The room is cosy, spacious and very clean. The environment and services were so nice and they valued more than the amount they charged me. I expected better washed dishes and utensils in the restaurant offering buffet and breakfast as I was shocked several times when I was having meal there.
