Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Personnel très soucieux de votre confort. Toujours souriant et font vraiment l'effort de parler l'anglais. Un bon petit déjeuner Bien situé par rapport au centre de la ville (bus juste en face et métro à 2 stations de bus) La chambre est faite tous les jours. C'est propre et clean.

The staff were very polite,friendly and helpful. In every shift at least one of the peaple at the desk speaks English which is something very good and rare in a chines hotel. Tipping is uncommon in China but it can be very useful sometime ,you may guess why I was the only person who had a wifi modem in the room! The breakfast was pretty good and complete. The hotel is located in the new part of the city therefore it is very near to the new modern shopping centers like Team Mall and also a short drive to the canton fair but its far from the old town where the pearl river,pedestrian street and the online gift market are located . I was there last week and stayed for 9 nights and will definitely stay there again. I miss many things there specially the people at the desk like Lee and Judy. They were really nice to me.By the way you should try the massage center in the 4th floor

1. The windows do not open to fresh air! Apparently this is common in china as an energy saving solution. 2. Although my room was in a no-smoking floor ,I could smell smoke every night from 7 to 11 which was annoying.

The room was excellent, comfortable and refreshed everyday

Service was excellent,safe,comfortable,could do with better english speaking staff,better gym(more weights),a pool,however had a great time....

The hotel is nice and confortable and clean. The staff makes the difference : they speak very good english, they Are prepaired, kind, friendly.

Excellent staff, willing to provide guests with whatever they needed. Very clean. Nice large rooms. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice, Evening buffet was appx 12euro and provided excellent choice in foods.

Minor detail- television froze frequently which was annoying

Absolutely amazing friendly staff and welcome. All speak very good English. Very well located to all major shopping areas and transport. Rooms were well equipped with all that is required for a comfortable stay. The room service is on the dot. Rooms are cleaned daily to as very high standard and towels are changed daily. Bottled water is changed daily and is free. Morning breakfast is very good catering for both the Chines and Western customers.

Hotel Ok , if you just want to sleep, very Chinese hotel,very Chinese staff,

Staff not used to foriegners, speaks very bad english. Very simpel hotel, nothing fancy .

The hotel is located in relatively close to the PAZHOU fair. The hotel is clean.

Rooms are not big enough (as I recall, last time we had a larger room). Breakfast is boring and not tasty. There is no variety. For 7 days we were there, served the same food. Shuttle to the fair and back did not planned well
