Pas vraiment de raison de choisir cet hôtel, éloigné de tout. Chambres ok, nourriture très moyenne; le personnel charmant, et la présence d'un marché de nuit sympa sauvent la mise.

éLoigné du métro. On dépend des taxis. Pour les personnes se rendant à la foire, il faut se battre avec les taxis le soir pour qu'ils acceptent la course de retour à l'hôtel; ça ne les intéresse pas. Nourriture plus que bof;

Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nice foot massage in the Spa, and nice Chinese restaurant. Spacious room and good shuttle service for the Canton fair. Walk across the road, or around the corner to see real Chinese city life

No pool. No wireless internet in rooms, only lobby

No air conditioning in the lobby or hotel restaurant

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast also fine. The best feature of this hotel was the stuff, very helpful and cooperative. No problem with taxi however quite far away from Metro. Visitors of Canton Fairs have convenient free hotel shuttle bus.

Only one negative - I would recommend to clean and desinfect the air condition in the whole hotel.

Dont expect luxury or much assistance from the Staff.

"Mc" at the front desk had good english, (rare in China) and was really helpful. Breakfast was ok just (for china). Was not much in the area for westerners. Had dinner in the Chinese on the 2nd floor one night, there english was awful, but they were so nice and helpful. Had sweet n sour chicken and it was nice with a local beer or two.

Struggled to find something to eat a breakfast, but that is the norm in China.

I booked the hotel and stayed there for one night only instead of initial three nights as was booked. One night I stayed to save my cancellation charge. Somehow I got the reviews of your sight encouraging me to book this hotel. I could not be comfortable either mentally or physically being in that hotel. The room had a tentcard saying that the carpet costs RMB 5000. If it is damaged, the guest has to pay RMB 500 per spot. If the damage is more than two, the whole amount has to be paid. I cannot be comfortable in a room with such conditions. The restaurant buffet was not being replenished unless told. It was replenished long time after they were reminded for every items. The omelet was one of the worst I ever tasted in China.

Excellent staff, willing to provide guests with whatever they needed. Very clean. Nice large rooms. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice, Evening buffet was appx 12euro and provided excellent choice in foods.

Minor detail- television froze frequently which was annoying

Absolutely amazing friendly staff and welcome. All speak very good English. Very well located to all major shopping areas and transport. Rooms were well equipped with all that is required for a comfortable stay. The room service is on the dot. Rooms are cleaned daily to as very high standard and towels are changed daily. Bottled water is changed daily and is free. Morning breakfast is very good catering for both the Chines and Western customers.
