I don't think the 24hour shuttle that was advertised is true, as the hotel desks at the airport are closed at 2pm (in terminal 2, at least). So unless you have a china sim, you have no way of contacting them to pick you up.

Clean spacious room, bathroom. Near airport. Shuttle service. Friendly service.

Bed a bit hard. Restaurant menu selection. Breakfast was ok though, but a bit expensive.

Staff were helpfull and could not do enough to help at all times.

Trying to be charged again for the room when it was already prepaid. No Bar or Coffee lounge to sit and relax in, drinks could be bought at the restaurant or through room service but you could only drink them in your room.

Nice shuttle bus service. Room was ok for that money especially in Beijing.

Staff at front desk not very nice, I had to struggle against deposit for mini bar. Room not very clean and not very quiet, but acceptable.

Facility was well-design inside and out, everything provided that I would expect, I will definitely recommend this venue and hope to be a guest again..

The room furniture was ok.

We were three people staying in 2 rooms and payed around 100 euros per room. One of the room was really near the airport landing or taking off field, and the noise was unbearable, until more than 1:30 am when the frequency of the planes diminished. The window was closed but, even though, every quarter of an hour there was the sound of a the plane engines really loud and uncomfortable. It felt like being under the plain itself. Another problem was that around 23:00 the staff of the hotel knocked on our doors with a complimentary plate of fruit. This is itself a nice thing to do, but I think that if they forget to do it at a reasonable time, or before you arrive at your room it is better not to get it later that 22 h at night. Specially if you need to get up early the next morning.

We had overnight stays between flights from Thailand to Toronto and back. The hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers. It was close to the airport which was great for us and had a free shuttle which was a bonus. All in all great stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that it was too far from the city centre to see any sights during the few hours we had available but it definitely filled the purpose we booked it for.

This hotel was a port in the storm. I was wrapping up a five week visit to China, mostly in the Beijing area. Most of the places I was in were dumps. This hotel was far beyond my expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room spacious and beautifully appointed and clean!! The bellman came out to the taxi to help me into the hotel (a first in China). The airport shuttle left right on time, and the bellman came along to make sure my suitcases got onto a cart and I could manage them.

Nothing much to do or see in the area, but that wasn't important to me. I just needed a clean decent place to stay before flying out, and this was it! The restaurant was over-priced, but the food was good.

Staff attitude is not acceptable. My colleague and I wondered if the staff receive any training in hospitality business or not. We had the feeling like they did us a grate favour to let us stay in their hotel. Secondly, the door shutting system is terrible. People were going in and out in the middle of the night and the door was shut terribly heavily every a quarter of an hour throughout the night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff spoke English well.

The bellboy held out his hand for a tip after delivering the suitcases to my room even though tipping is not customary in China; in fact there is a 15% service charge added onto the room charge. When I refused, he gave me a dirty look and slammed the door.

It was an overnight on the way to Thailand. Very clean comfortable room.

Good value and convince traffic to airport.

Is it is comphy, showers are great. Beds are super. Roomservice fine. One dish was not really up to par. They took it back and we didn't have to pay for it. Beore leaving by olane it is a great okace to prepare for travel.

The rooms are too hot and it is ot easy to understand how to bring the tempature down. We managed by turnin everything off. Advice is, keep room at 21 celcius.

On arrival, I was asked to pay 700 RMB for my room and deposit... I explained several times that I had already paid 338RMB but this was not taken into account. I showed the lady my booking confirmation which stated that the 338 was paid but didn't includeva 15% deposit which I was prepared to pay but NOT 700RMB. I, understandably began to get a little frustrated and requested that the lady checked with her manager. He confirmed that I had paid 338 RMB on making my booking. I was then asked for a 300 RMB deposit (again NOT 15%) however, the lady said that I could just leave 200 RMB if I didn't have 300. A VERY disorganised service VERY POOR customer service!!

Only used as stopover. Room was comfertable, price was good. Shuttle service was exelent. Will use again

Very clean. Good size rooms. Loved the comforter. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Very glad for the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport with easy access at Gate 6 of Terminal 3. Great value for money.

Good quality at a reasonable price. I learned about this from reviews, and I endorse them. It was worth my time to explore options using reviews to find the right place.

Dinner very poor standard Don't order the Udong noodle seafood. You get noodles, a heap of red and yellow pepper... Almost forgot: one piece of medium sized shrimp allowing the plate to be called seafood. A joke Breakfast: even one could sense the eggs where outdated... I tried them due to every morning customs. Two days stomache problems Only upon arrival found out that the hotel belongs to Days Inn USA. This chain has a reputation of being among the lowest of the low end motels along US highways. So this hotel confirmed my bad experience with this chain suffered in the US the years before
