    Close to centre of town and shopping. Friendly staff

    No digital television Only 1 english channel on cable. Older style rooms with some tiles peeling and not needed updating.

    Great wifi. Reasonably quiet.

    Very tired facility. "Breakfast" at CNY40 was poor value and low quality. I booked based on the reputation of Day's Inn and was very disappointed. I booked two rooms at the same rate and they were not the same standard. If Day's Inn is going to have their name on this facility, they should pay it a "secret shopper" visit to check it out. Staff could use some instructions and training on customer service.

    Located within the city walls it's pretty much on walking distance from most major city sights.

    Staff barely speaks English and are therefore reluctant to help you out. We had to flag our own taxi of the street if we needed one. The room was decent for the price we paid. It was a bit outdated and the old TV only had Chinese channels. The wifi reception was quite poor. The bathroom could have also used an update and some additional cleaning. Our toilet broke down twice during our stay. Breakfast was very Chinese oriented. We didn't mind most of these points though as it reflects the price we paid for this.

    Room-spacious and clean.Hotel location-convenient to find food,walking distant to tourist sites.Easy acessable to taxi

    Staff at counter polite but need to be more knowlegable to give informations especially 1st timer at Xian

    Location

    The staff at reception desk did not speak english, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. Check out take long time. Poor Wi-Fi.

    Good location close to the city center.

    We only had one tiny window which didn't bring much light to the room and it was not possible to see anything out of it. The staff hardly knew any English which made some things difficult.

    location We used Ramada Hotel's concierge for tours, cool lobby, and restaurants which was only 2 buildings down.

    1. Closet size lobby 2. Non english speaking personnel 3. No concierge service 4. Very rude woman trying to sell tours in the corner 5. Room was hot, cannot be changed individually. Central AC, must call daily. 6. Several discolored spots in carpet 7. Beds hard like camping on cement floors 8. Airport service is a non airconditioned taxi, use Ramada's private car airport service for the same price 9. Poor wifi service

    Communication problems. My proposal is to introduce badge to staff . "I can speak language, for instance, to wear Chinese, British or German flag etc. badge.Thanks!

    The location was good. It was easy to get a taxi and get to the subway.

    The staff was rude no one spoke English. I booked the hotel for one price and the tried to double the price when we got there. It took about 1 hour to just check in. We had our 18 month old and the lady kept helping other people instead of us even though she started with us. They make you give a deposit double your room price and at check out the "give it back" we will see. The breakfast was okay and the rooms needed to be cleaned. We left with really bad rashes on our legs not sure what it was but I will NEVER stay here again. Pay a little more and be comfortable.

    Central location

    Damp in room severe. Agency for trips deliberately try to rip you off overcharging for trips by over 75%, particularly taxis. Wifi in room could not stream anything, email only. Not 4* at all - completely misleading. Maid walks I room. Uninvited and did not leave right away when asked.

    Location

    Disgustingly dirty, overheated rooms with windows that do not open, rude uncooperative , unwelcoming staff who speak very little English.

    Location is good.

    Condition of rooms isn't great, mold on walls, musty smell and air conditioning didn't work. No breakfast left at 8:45am.

    Just the location The hotel itself is shabby (although halls look good)

    All the time problems with the internet connection Horrible smell in some rooms The restaurant was closed for some reason and breakast was served in a shabby conference room where you couldn't sit properly, no cook preparing scrambled eggs (in the proper restaurant there was one)

    The location is good, pretty close to the city centre, at walking distance from the Bell Tower, the Drum tower and the Muslin Quarter (night market).

    The staff can hardly speak English, the rooms are quite old, despite clean.

    Good location

    Facilities are old/broken/dirty. Sink is not attached so water splashed everywhere. Shower head broke and fall off from the wall in the middle of my shower. And the carpet have dirty spots.

    The Hotel was in a reasonable position about a seven minute walk to the Bell tower and North Gate. Also there is two Metro stations close by.

    This hotel is a little dated. the decor looks to be 70s.Everything worked O.K and was clean but it could use an update. there was no room safe and there was no saftey deposit box to put valuables in in the reception, although they would look after my passport only.Not many of the staff could understand English so this made things a little harder.The staff were as helpul as they could be under the circumstance.

    Location is great with good connection Wi-Fi.

    The front desk staff (check in & Check out) need to be more helpful and train in the way they talked to the guest. Smile is a must.

    Location.

    The room for 3 people was too dirty. We found a condom pack under the bed and something that look like a chocolate melted besides the bed. The furniture was old and the place to put the clothes was missing wood parts. They need to take out the carpet and put a woodfloor, they must take out the walls revestiments because there is smoke stains everywhere. I stayed at other Days Inn Hotels around the world and no was like this. I do not recommend. I really hope the hotel make a full renovation, otherwise, using the Days Inn Flag is a lie.

    We got what we wanted from the hotel. Room was ok, not in it much. Used it to sleep in and nothing else. Location close to everything we needed.

    Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Rooms are dated and views are awful in some rooms. But you get what you pay for.

    Location was great and just a few minutes walk to the subway. Staff were very helpful although English ability was very limited. Compared to other hotels nearby overall very good value.

    Our room'a window was completely covered over so no natural light during the day.

    there is no diffrence between standard and deluxe room. Every room is dirty and needs a Renovation.
