The Hotel is reasonably well positioned for shopping however; you need to get a Taxi to Nanjing Road shopping precinct. Their advertising states that you can walk to Nanjing Road and you can if you have 30 to 40 minutes.The staff were pleasant and courteous. The good Room service Menu is still in the room however; it has been replaced with a low cost packaged meal deal and the food is very average. More suited to Backpackers/Budget type food selection. The Hotel is a bit tired and defnitely not a 4 Star it is more to a low 3 Star. |

The rooms are clean. And the view outside the window is nice. The Health Club was closed 24hours a day! The do not have the Carribean Spa which was on their web site. Also no bar. If you want you can drink something in the lobby (but no one did). Their was also no airport-transport available. Most of the rooms are rented as office'S. So in the morning a lot of people are coming in and they all leave around 18 o'clock. |

Room is very large and cleaned. It has kitchen inside the roon. Internet system is very poor. It shall be improved. |

In short, It is a nightmare to stay at this hotel. worst hotel ever stayed. very hard to find hotel , room is not proper as a hotel room , hotel is located at the place with lots of small offices which takes a 10min at leaset , Taking a shower is even worse because of shortage of water. Hotel staff chaged me 140 more than actual bill and said they cannot correct billing right away so that I have to leave hotel without billing correction. |

Relatively near to the Nanjing Road. Very spacious room & the bed was comfortable as compared to most other hotels in China where they are usually quite hard. Complimentary breakfast was only for 1 person so me & my wife did not take the hotel breakfast throughout our stay. Staff were not sure of the area well. |

Mooi uitzicht, mooie grote kamers, proper Ze probeerden het boekingsbedrag in USD om te zetten naar RMB tegen een slechtere koers dan diegene die ze zelf afficheerden om geld te wisselen. Ze probeerden mij ook een deposit van RMB 4000 bovenop de kamerkost te laten betalen om daarvan alle extra's af te boeken. Minibar belachelijk duur. Ontbijt matig. TV, Literatuur uitsluitend Chinees, Saaie , koude bar, geen sfeer |

Location, price Elevators, room service availability, restaurant To get 5 star needs some requirements. I do not believe this hotel has degree of 5 star. |

Clean, rooms are comfortable.Only the price and partially nearby location could be considered positively. Staff, elevators are unable to satisfy requests. Language problems. No room service availabilty. No restaurant in the hotel.Very crowded in business hours and have to wait 10 minutes for four elevators divided to services of 1-17th and 17-32nd floors. |
