Staff speak english & quick houskeeping service Smell of the coredors and rooms + guests who were smoking were opening thei rooms doors & we were annoyed the smoke and the smell. rooms were not clean enough like 5 star hotels |

The services were very nice the view of the swimming pool with gardan is very nice too . ....the beds are very comfortable .... I paid 5 rmb for each fax I received ... why ? ....this charge are not fair |

location was good , in front of Metro station .The gardens and breakfast was fantastic The hotel has several buildings , and you do not know which block they will choose for you , besides which view of your room !! and they do not explain . |

Central location but quiet, luxurious, lately renovated. I enjoyed my breakfast at the wonderful garden by the swimming pool. The personnel speaks English fluently. I strongly recommend it. I would prefer the bed mattress a little softer. |

Well hard to say...I guess just coming back and trying to go to sleep after a long day of work...which could have been accomplished anywhere. The staff hardly speaks English!! They changed my room rate after I got there and it took them 45 minutes to check me in. I was very tired after being traveling for 25 hours and that's something I really didn't anticipate. The choice of food is very limited and the rates are outrageous. Absolutely not worth the money you spend top stay here. |

Buena decoración. En el Check out me cobraron mas cantidad de lo que había consumido en minibar, y además me cobraron por internet que supuestamente era gratis, según me habian dicho en el Check in. Se hacian los que no entendían ingles cuando reclame por esto. |

Effektivt ved check-in. Rigtigt god morgenmadsbuffet. Meget service-minded personale, der var gode til engelsk. Rent og stort værelse. Ligger godt i forhold til kollektiv trafik; metro samt lufthavnsbus, som lå lige overfor. Kunne efterhånden trænge til en kærlig hånd. Er lidt slidt. Poolen var lukket, pga arrangement, og det var faktisk pga. den, at vi bookede hotellet - udover lokaliseringen. Det kunne have været en god idé at blive varslet om. Deres gym havde ikke så meget at byde på. |
