Clean room, beautiful lobby, good location near Nanjing wall and 20 min walk to beautiful lake for morning walk

smell of smoke in the room but after turning on ac it was gone completely.

Staff at reception could be smarter, location is not so good, far from metro station; and price is a bit high

- Hot Shower. - Peaceful environment. - Cloth slippers in the room. - Room Heater / Temperature maintained during cold winter night. - Room well lit up. - Providing Nescafe Satchets for Coffee.

- Must provide Sugar satchets in the room along with Nescafe. - Must provide Drinking water ( not hot water - Normal water ) - 2 more bottles. - Room rent should be more freindly for budget travellers.

This hotel represents good value for money. The standard of facilities in the room and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyble. A special thanks to the Assistant Manager Ms Li who provided us with a suggested itinerary of sights and explained to us how to get to them by public transport. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The requirement to lodge a security amount.

that was fine, stuff was friendly and it was clean, in city center and close to many place...

Staff were lovely (the concierge have us his own battery charger for our camera and wouldn't except money). In the centre of nanjing. Clean and comfortable.

Good location, near to most attractions, value for money

A bit old, a bit far from train station.

I liked it very much!!!! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and quick response on any service you need, very close to shopping streets of Nanjing, i will come back to this hotel again for sure when I am in Nanjing again.

Unfortunately, the staff do not speak english well, but we tried our best by gestures and signs, it was funny!

We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and was well equipped. The staff were efficient and friendly making sure that anything that we needed was provided. The assistant manager provided us with very useful guide notes for visiting the various key places of interest around the city. The hotel is very well located for major tourist sites. We would happily stay at the hotel again in the future.

Location is rather good-close to the city center. Rooms are big

Hotel staff was rather chaotic. The card system for opening door didnt work,but they couldnt explain why. Had to pay deposit eventhough in the booking it is specifically mentioned no deposit to be paid.

Super sniadania, personal pomocny. Generalnie wszystko elegancko. Bardzo otwarci na klienta i jego potrzeby.

地处市中心区，方便出行，酒店服务不错，比较干净也比较舒适，无线网络很好。

位置难找，目前不通地铁，周边有地铁施工，白天很吵。

酒店员工很友善

这酒店绝对没有4星级，房间很旧和大烟味，卫生间的天花板快要掉下来了。

Sijainti ok, metro lähellä, ei ihan ydinkeskustaa, mutta parin korttelin päässä siitä. Henkilökunta auttoi parhaansa mukaan, löytyi englanninkielistä apua. Elektroniikkakauppoja samalla kadulla, pieniä kiinalaisia ravintoloita vieressä. Aamiaista emme kokeilleet.

地点真的很好~我这次去是和妹妹到南京看FM的~ 地理位置不错~临近1912街区~喜欢晚上去夜蒲的朋友是不错的选择哦~离总统府也超近的 酒店员工也很友善 房间很大也很干净，设施挺齐全的~ 但是离地铁站有点远啊~感觉走的不止15分钟啊走得脚痛啊~ 房间内就是浴袍有点问题（太旧？） 电吹风风力不足

Le personnel est très sympathique et très prévenant. Il vous parle en anglais, même si vous essayez de lui parler chinois. L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas loin d'un lac, à pieds. Il est très confortable et les petits déjeuners sont très bien avec un grand choix de plats. Nous avons déjeuné et dîné dans des restaurants, nombreux dans les environs.

La table de Ping Pong n'avait pas de filet mais ce n'est pas si grave.

交通の便が良い。 清潔。 物を受け取るとき両手で受け取るなど、スタッフの対応が良い。 ホテル内にあるマッサージ店の技術が高い。 朝食バイキングが、そこそこ美味しい。

街中にあるので、部屋からの眺めは、あまり良くない。

The room was really nice i had the one with the big bed.

But they are constructing a subway station right next to the hotel, that plus the really noisy chinesse traffic makes difficult to sleep. The staff at the hotel didnt have good english
