Staff attention to customers is very poor, except for certain people categories self service computers are not available out of busisness hours- breakfast @21$ ! facilities spread over 7 buildings- doing works in the hotel at 2 AM !! |

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. It's located in the heart of the French Consession, on a peaceful street that leads right to the main street of the area, the Huaihai Lu. Go for the rooms with furniture in Ming-style in building one, the interior in the whole building is a treat for the eye. The staff is very helpful, and their English is good compared to many restaurants and other hotels We had bedbugs and moved to another room two times. When we had them in the third room too, we asked the staff if they could spray the bed, so we wouldnt have to move again. After that we had no more bugs. But the staff could have been more efficient and sprayed the first time, so we wouldnt have to move. |

The quiet ambience of the area, the peace of the bedroom, very rare to have it so quiet in Shanghai, and the good location to explore Shanghai via the underground (Metro). Also the staff speaks very good English, rare in China! The fact that one has to cross the road and walk 5 minutes to the fitness cetnre, integrated one usually better, although the 5 restaurants of the hotel are expensive better go to the pace called element fresh at the end of the road. |

Een mooi hotel in de Franse concessie.Het hotel bestaat uit 7 villa's verspreid over de wijk .Wij verbleven in building 1 ,koloniaal ingericht ;een villa uit begin 20e eeuw.Twin bedroom is groot met goede badkamer ofschoon wat verouderd.Faciliteiten voor thee etc.Erg leuke wijk met op loop afstand winkels en restaurants.Zelfs in de straat van het hotel een aantal goede zelfs trendy restaurants. |

Disponibilità del personale, posizione eccellente, camera ampia e ben arredata, luminiosa, letto comodo eccessiva fretta nel chiudere il buffet del breakfast alle 10 in punto del mattino. |

建物の敷地、塔が多く宿泊等が若干分かりにくかった。駅から近く便利だが、客引きなどが多くわずらわしい。周辺に大きなコンビニ、スーパーが少ないが、全体的には満足です。 二日目の朝に隣の部屋が騒がしかった。隣人によっては音が気になることがあるかもしれません。 |
