Hotel is quaint however it is very overpriced. Confusion with paying for breakfast manager was really rude and unhelpful.The location is good, however if you are looking for a good place with good location the Astor is much better.. Plus you look a little harder you can usually get a good deal with a five star hotel for the same price as this 4 star. It really was pricy

Feels like living in history within a luxurious environment. If intending to use the immaculate swimming pool, remember to bring a swimming head cap, alternately buy one on location for y50.

Really comfortable. The staff always try to help you, they also suggest us nice places. The rooms are big, we were 3 and we asked for a double room with a extra bed but it was no need, the room had 2 bid beds enough for 3 people. Good price. Value furniture. All nice.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel and quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to two subway stops, but we preferred the Changshu Rd stop because it was a lot less busy and you could avoid all the street vendors who refuse to take no for an answer.

The location. It is located in the heart of the French Concession. And the price ...very reasonable. Rooms are very standard. Doesn't have an air open bar like in the pics.

The room is very spacious with a big balcony. The service is good with prompt response. We are happy with the location of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is valued for money, but there is still room for improvement in food quality, especillay in western food. There should be more choices of cereals and fruit if possible.The carpet in the room needs to be replaced or cleaned better.

Your front desk and restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful.The rooms were well kept, comfortable and warm.The location is perfect for people that want to enjoy the former "French Concession" which still has much of the architecture and housing of the 30's. Pleasant walking areas with many small shops and "street food" stalls. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not open.

Le bon niveau de confort et d'accueil - un quartier agréable avec un grand choix de restaurants (cuisine chinoise et occidentale) - admirablement situé pour visiter les centres d'intérêt de la ville (même à pied) - proximité de rues commerciales. Le prix du petit-déjeuner est un peu élevé.

Perfekt läge. Närhet till bra cafeer och resturanger. Bra shopping runt hörnet. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och heltäckningsmattan var fläckig och kändes smutsig.

la relacion calidad precio no me ha convencido. La habitación era enorme, pero sin que ofreciera nada especial que invitara a utilizarla o la hiciera atractiva. En el mismo hotel hay habitaciones a un precio mucho más bajo (120 vs 75€) que ofrecen lo mismo.La ubicación del hotel en la concesión francesa es lo más importante. Céntrico, muchas posibilidades para salir en un ambiente muy occidental en shanghai.

Gute Lage im French Concession Viertel. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Schönes, großes Schwimmbad. Eine Renovierung der Räume/Bäder würde den Charme des alten Gebäudes noch vergrößern. Wichtig ist, nicht Nebengebäude zu buchen, das ein langweiliger Neubau ist!

понравилось только месторасположение отеля. хорошие матросы! в номере запах сырости, все очень старое, сантехника кошмар! убирали номер плохо: бумажка валялась на полу три дня. отель тянет не более чем на две звезды!бассейн находится через дорогу в другом здании, сауна не работает!

ligging is ideaal t.o.v. metro en er zijn verschillende goede restaurants met zeer uit een lopende keukens van diverse nationaliteiten ook heb je in deze buurt weinig schachelaars en bedelaars de kamers zijn comfortabel met grootbeeld tv en luxe badkamers het betreft hier een oud stijlvol hotel met alle moderne voorzieningen en een perfecte service bijna het hele personeel spreekt engels de ligging is in een drukbezocht deel van shanghai dus zoals alle hotels in de binnenstad veel getoeter tot ongeveer 22 uur hierna wordt het rustig

喜欢东湖宾馆虽位居闹市而清幽的环境，其老上海的古典建筑令人有怀旧的感觉，仿佛回到了民国时期的大上海。- 与的豪华的摩天大厦酒店相比，我更喜欢东湖宾馆这种低层的老式酒店。另外，酒店的服务人员也非常到位，给人- 以宾至如归的感觉。同时性价比也是比较合理，去虹桥机场亦非常方便。我想今后我也会选择东湖宾馆作为我上海- 住宿的首选酒店。
