Hospitality of the staff and their availability 24/7.
Upgrades for room is very difficult
staff was best, had nice pub, good wifi, clean, they have towels/soap/shampoo
was a little hard to find
the constant heating Good area
Staff speak good English and are very amazingly helpful, location is excellent; near the subway, halal restaurants, convenience stores. Very pleased with our stay!
Lovely staff, cosy room and great location near metro and street with shops, restauarants etc, great hostel! Really enjoyed the wall and acrobat trips.
The wifi didnt work even with vpn
This hostel completely clean from smoke, clean, and all staff so friendly. My room has 4 beds inside. every bed has own curtain (it's make us has " private" feeling and i like it so much). the location so strategies, 5 minutes walk to subway and near area are easy to find convenient store and breakfast.
The subway is really close, the rooms are OK. The staff speak English. I'm satisfied with my stay there
Too noisy. It was 1AM and some girls near our room wouldn't stop shouting. I saw some signs telling people to be quiet, so I think noise could be a problem in the hotel.
Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfasts.
Bathroom a tad unclean.
We stayed in a private room. It was clean and even had a TV. The hostel was very close to the metro stop. Staff were helpful and spoke English, even called us a taxi early in the morning.
Wifi was on/off. The bed was slightly hard but Chinese beds all tend to be like that.
The staff here were so good, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Very impressed.
excellent location, good bar
not many advices for off-the-beaten-path things to do, rooms and showers/toilets a bit on the small side
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
There weren't any products in the room, not even soap.
Everything is perfect, the bed is soft and clean, the hostel provides towel. It's very convenient.
It needs deposit money.( Because the main page says you don't have to give the deposit money)
One of the best That I have visited. Really very friendly atmosphere. Candice and Sarah were two special girls very welcoming and helpful. You don't need to prepare your trip to beijing, They will help You set up your program instantly. Very convenient hostel and near metro and attractions.
Wifi in rooms not So good.
Great staff, nice bar, all the information for touristy activities available. Close to Metro, which will be your primary means of navigating the city.
We had an issue with the trip / show we booked from them. The trip to the wall didn't involve any information, and the show was a cheap (and poor) knock-off of the real acrobat show. Do some research and make sure you understand what you want to book. That said, the staff were understanding and helpful. This can be very rare in China...
very friendly staff, make you stay comfortable the room is very clean, hung out in the bar you can make a lot of friend, i will definately come back! highly recommand!
We stayed for 5 days to explore Beijing. The location is great - very close to Beijing's comprehensive, easy-to-use metro system. It is also close to great inexpensive restaurants. The recommended Peking duck restaurant was great.
When we arrived, the comforter had blood on it and they removed it promptly, but yuck. The tour to the great wall was ok (big bus tour, not a small tour as suggested), but the tour to acrobats was a rip off. Not worth the money. And, the receptionists highly recommended it. The staff was hot and cold with us. Most of the time they were friendly, but spending 5 days there we definitely saw their less friendly side.
staff very helpful
it needs to be renovated
I really had a good time there
Very good standard, very clean, (comparing to other Chinese hotels) :-) ), no bugs, Wifi is OK, sufficient for VoIP. Clean and quite big rooms, big bathroom, hot water . Located very close to subway station in a quiet , narrow street
Near station make dragon king optionable
Close to subway
Only two showers and toilets in the 2nd floor. The street where the hostel is on is quiet dark at nighttime. Breakfast is pricy.
The bar and rooms, beds are quite good and employees are very kind and helpful. place was near to subway and famous view spots.
