Everyone were nice and friendly. The hotel was luxery. The bed.

Superb location on the Bund, squeaky clean, helpful and competent staff.

A bit dark, both rooms and lobby etc areas.

The location was very good it is close to every thing. Staff in the lounge very friendly especially Tim.

The first night my room view was not good but form the next day they shift me to much better roon.

shanghai is an interesting town in all aspects, food drinks, culture etc...

Staff tried to sell an upgrade, and when we turned the offer down I think we got one of the least attractive rooms. During the night the persons in the room next to us came hope late 4am and started to sing and make a lot of noice. after a while we called the receprion for help , but nothing was done. when checking out we complained (and our story was was confired after some investigation) but we only got a "Im sorry" as compensation...

The attention to detail at the Fairmont Peace Hotel is second to none. From the friendly nature of the staff, exquisite surroundings and location. This is a world-class hotel in a world-class location. We upgraded to the gold level at the recommendation of the front desk. Great advice as the treatment is first class. Staff on the ninth floor greets you by name upon arrival. The food in the Cathay Room is top notch and the manager is gracious.

We really enjoyd our stay, the location was easy walking distance to where we wanted to go, food was amazing, the high tea was a highlight of our stay.

For me it is the best hotel in Shanghai Location is great Right on the corner of the Bund and Nanging road the pedestrian street Great executive lounge with local and western dishes serving in breakfast and great early dinner

If by mistake u recieve room 712 - skip it, it is noisy. Don't worry all the rest are fine

Utter attention to detail makes it a reassuring bubble from the frenzy of Shanghai.

The Bund is lovely and historic but not the most exciting bit of Shanghai.

The hotel location is superior. The decor is classic.

The lighting is way too dark. When you walk on the floor, I felt it is a goast hunted castle.

Hotel has been renovated beautifully. We were upgraded to the Gold floor. Outstanding service and attention to detail. Very easy access to major attractions and close to the Bund. Hotel rooms were large and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

we came for the history and the architecture. it is a beautiful place, magnificently restored, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the location is great,and the jazz bar awesome too

Zimmer Service war miserabel, an 2 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, serviciert. Am letzten Tag bhatten wir einen halben Tag gebucjt - das Zimmer wurde schon vorher endgereinigt, ein Lampernservice während unser Anwesenheit durchgeführt.

内装・言うことはなく、上海の歴史的ホテルに泊まった実感があります。昼間だけではなくにナイトスポットも- 近所に多く、素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテル内のレストランも素晴らしく、上海旅行には本当にお勧めの- ホテルです。

比較的広いホテルでブレークファーストを食べるレストランまでのアクセスが分かりにくかったです。ただ、総- 体的にパーフェクトなホテルなので、強いて挙げればという程度です。
