Conveniently located close to the Guo Mao Subway station The general level is far below a 4 star standard (at least compared to other 4 star hotels). Breakfast was minimal, room cold and basic (no closet) |

We weren't in hotel but next store in old apartment building. It took 2 hours to check out. They tried to charge us for in room services we did not use and we had to fight for our security deposit back. We still ended up paying an extra charge for them to wash towels?? |

The only thing is the business, they have internet access a very low prices and they arrange tours to the city and the grat wall. Not at all a four star hotel!!! Our room was in building B, i suggest to ask for rooms in building A probably better because this building has been refurbished |

Nothing the room was old and dirty as was the hotel. The staff were hopeless, the room was dirty, in parts the wall paper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom floor was dirty and they didn't change the beds during our 4 night stay. |

priset på hotellet och läget, frukost ingick i priset.rummet mysigt och en av tjejerna i receptionen gick det att prata med personalen var utbytt sen ifjol och pratde dålig engelska försökte få hjälp att skriva adresser till taxi men det var svårt då de inte visste vad pärlmarknaden och silkesmarknaden var för något.Frukosten kunde man vara utan den gick inte att äta.Sängarna var stenhårda.Men annars var det ok. |
